以IS成功模式为理论基础,提出一个从促进因素和抑制因素两方面分析移动服务用户持续使用意愿的模型,采用规范的实证研究方法寻找移动服务持续使用的促进因素和抑制因素;探讨将移动服务的信息质量、系统质量和服务质量作为促进因素,将信息强制性和隐私安全作为抑制因素,其对于移动服务用户的满意水平和用户持续使用意愿的平衡影响作用。  相似文献

Information control processes designed to prioritize the most relevant information are important for enhancing the service experience of users. Gatekeeping is the process of filtering and disseminating information in online information services. This study investigates the effects of gatekeeping activities on information services and the resulting impact on the value of such services from a user's perspective in an information service environment characterized by online and offline transactions. Various hybrid gatekeeping activities are derived through focus group interviews with information services planners. A survey of information service users reveals values that could be obtained from the information services. The results of these two data gathering tools suggest an information service framework for hybrid environments. The findings enable the development of value-added information services for users through efficient information control in hybrid online and offline environments.  相似文献

Objective: To examine the extent to which health information seeking behaviors vary across genders or are differentially associated with access to computers, the Internet, and online health information. Research design: Stratified survey, data analysis. Methods: Using binary logistic regression we examine information seeking differences between demographic groups. Questions addressed include: 1) Are any identified groups significantly underserved regarding access to computers, access to the Internet, and preferences for seeking online health information, and 2) have differences between gender groups in access to computers, Internet services and online health information narrowed, remained constant, or widened over recent years, following recent national initiatives to narrow the technology gap for underserved populations? Outcomes: Information seeking variation across gender groups and between technologies was at times significant. There was little difference in the access to computer between females and males. In 2002, 75.4% and 73.1% of female and male participants reported that they occasionally use computers, respectively. In 2000, the respective figures were 72.4% and 72.7%. The rates of use of Internet services among computer users, however, were quite different between female and male (Pat 2002= 0.0002 and Pat 2000= 0.0082) and the disparity in 2000 (OR = 0.7366 [0.5870, 0.9243]) increased in 2002 (OR = 0.5675 [0.4222, 0.7627]). The odds ratios (OR) indicate that females were 0.7366 and 0.5675 times less likely to use computers than male counterparts in 2000 and 2002, respectively. Conclusion: Recent technology initiatives in the US aimed at reducing disparities in access to online resources appear to have had little effect in facilitating equal access to web‐based health information.  相似文献

A quality assurance (QA) program provides not only a mechanism for establishing training and competency standards, but also a method for continuously monitoring current service practices to correct shortcomings. The typical QA cycle includes these basic steps: select subject for review, establish measurable standards, evaluate existing services using the standards, identify problems, implement solutions, and reevaluate services. The Claude Moore Health Sciences Library (CMHSL) developed a quality assurance program for online services designed to evaluate services against specific criteria identified by research studies as being important to customer satisfaction. These criteria include reliability, responsiveness, approachability, communication, and physical factors. The application of these criteria to the library's existing online services in the quality review process is discussed with specific examples of the problems identified in each service area, as well as the solutions implemented to correct deficiencies. The application of the QA cycle to an online services program serves as a model of possible interventions. The use of QA principles to enhance online service quality can be extended to other library service areas.  相似文献

[目的/意义]针对当前创客空间提供创新创业服务不足的现状,研究大学生创客服务需求,以期为创客空间服务提供参考。[方法/过程]以扎根理论为调研方法,通过初期访谈整理编码得到大学生创客服务需求模型。根据大学生创客服务需求模型设置问卷,通过发放网络问卷,验证模型是否合理。[结果/结论]大学生创客服务需求模型主要包括两个核心服务需求,即信息知识情报服务需求和创新创业环境服务需求,前者具体包含双创基础知识、信息服务需求、知识服务需求、情报服务需求;后者则包含环境氛围、运行模式、宣传推广、保护机制和专业指导。对回收问卷数据进行整理,通过SPSS探索性因子分析,最终验证该模型合理。  相似文献

As part of a Department of Health funded project nearly 2000 people were surveyed as to their use of two digital health information services, one on the Web and the other on digital interactive television (DiTV). The website was of a commercial company-Surgerydoor-and the DiTV service NHS based. This paper concentrates on the issue of trust in digital health information. Two of the main findings were that advertising was found to have an effect on trust, though the quality and type of advertising will impact in different ways on trustworthiness. DiTV subscribers who had either used the Living Health channel which carried NHS branded health information or had heard of the service, were more likely to say that the NHS was a symbol of trust for them compared with DiTV subscribers who had not used the service.  相似文献

[目的/意义]基于知识产权强国战略的需求,从政策文本中抽取高校知识产权信息服务内容的构成要素,明确知识产权信息服务内容及方式,为各高校开展知识产权信息服务实践提供理论依据。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论方法,以国家层面政策文本为样本,使用NVivo软件对样本进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和饱和度检验,提取知识产权信息服务内容要素。在此基础上,构建高校图书馆知识产权信息服务内容体系。[结果/结论]高校知识产权信息服务内容要素包括:数据服务、工具服务、情报服务、宣传推广与教育培训和其他服务。其中,情报服务是核心,数据服务平台、培训推广和信息咨询贯穿整个高校知识产权生命周期,为用户提供持续服务。  相似文献

对美国面向小企业提供竞争情报服务的整体体系进行研究。结果表明,美国在国家层面上针对小企业提供竞争情报服务的模式,基本遵循着"小核心、大网络"的规律,即以单个主导机构为核心,集成相关教育机构、协会组织、私营机构等共同参与,共同建立为小企业发展提供全方位情报信息服务的协作网络。在地方层面上,各地区也会面向本区域小企业的特定情报需求,探索有效的竞争情报供给和服务模式。  相似文献

The continuous use of eGovernment services is a de facto for its prosperity and success. A generalised sense of citizens' self-efficacy, expectations, and satisfaction offer opportunities for governments to further retain needed engagements. This study examines the factors influencing citizens' continuance use of eGovernment services. Through the integration of Social Cognitive Theory, Expectation Confirmation Theory, DeLone and McLean IS success model, and E-S-QUAL, a survey of 471 citizens in the UK, engaging in online public services, found that prior experience, social influence, information quality, and service quality, personal outcome expectation, and satisfaction, are significant predictors of citizens' intention to use eGovernment, when they are regulated, through citizens' self-efficacy. The present study extends the roles of pre-adoption and post-adoption by offering a self-regulating process. Therefore, it demonstrates how critical it is for the government's leaders to understand the patterns of the long-term process for electronic systems continually.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 探究老年人消极使用在线健康信息服务的形成机制,为在线健康平台的运营和管理实践者提供参考建议。[方法/过程] 采用"感知-情感-行为意愿"范式,结合认知负荷理论与感知价值理论,探究在线健康平台老年用户的焦虑情绪及回避、退出行为的发生机理,解释老年人感知情感、情绪体现与消极行为结果之间的影响作用机制。[结果/结论] 研究结果表明,感知成本、信息过载、服务过载对老年人的焦虑情绪有明显的正向影响,焦虑情绪引起老年人产生回避、退出的消极使用行为意愿,而感知风险与系统过载对老年人的焦虑情绪没有显著的影响。  相似文献

This study reports the findings of research undertaken by health sciences librarians at the University of Queensland Library into how medical students use information for their studies, particularly resources and services provided by the Library. The methods utilized were an online survey and focus groups. Results indicated that students favor print resources over electronic, value accessing resources on a one-stop basis, and prefer training to be delivered flexibly. The implication of these results for future resource selection, service provision, and instructional design and delivery is discussed.  相似文献

[目的/意义]对竞争情报服务区域科技创新的影响因素进行实证研究,旨在探索竞争情报服务过程中的影响因素,为区域科技创新发展提供高质、高效的竞争情报服务。[方法/过程]基于前人的研究以及服务能力的影响特点引入信息资源、战略确定、情报服务、服务技术、服务环境等五大影响因素,构建影响竞争情报服务区域科技创新的假设模型,通过发放调查问卷及面对面调研问卷,在有效问卷的基础之上利用SPSS20.0和AMSO23.0软件对变量和假设进行验证。[结果/结论]通过实证调查和结构方程模型分析发现:(1)仅战略确定和服务技术对竞争情报服务能力有直接且正向的影响,其中服务技术对竞争情报服务的影响最大。(2)信息资源与情报服务无直接的相关性,但与服务环境二者相关性较大。据此本文提出以下几点建议:①密切关注区域政策和动态,注重服务环境的变化,为区域科技创新提供实时竞争情报服务。②关注学习AI、BigDate、云计算、深度学习等新兴信息技术,为区域科技创新提供优质情报服务。③依据创新主体需求,提供个性化的高质、高效竞争情报服务。  相似文献

Background

Caregivers of children may rely on internet sources, health care providers, peers or family for health information.

Objective

To examine the impact of sociodemographic factors on the use of the internet for health information by caregivers of children, and the impact on self-efficacy, effort and frustration.

Methods

Using data from the 2019 Health Information National Trends Survey, the effects of information source on self-efficacy, effort and frustration was examined using the complex samples module of SPSS.

Results

The internet was the most common source of health information for caregivers of children (n = 247), with high confidence, low frustration and effort reported. Younger, higher educated and higher income caregivers were significantly more likely to use the internet for health information. Information from Health Care Providers (HCPs) was associated with greater confidence, and information from peers associated with lesser effort and frustration. No significant effects on self-efficacy, effort or frustration for online health information was noted compared to other sources.

Conclusions

Efforts to reduce barriers to online health information may be required for some groups of caregivers, and health care providers may have a role to play in this.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 结合目前人口老龄化日渐严重的社会背景,探究我国老年用户在线健康信息搜寻的行为机理,丰富当前老年用户信息搜寻行为理论研究成果,引导老年用户有效搜寻健康信息,优化健康信息服务部门工作。[方法/过程] 采用半结构化访谈的方法收集24位老年用户的在线健康信息搜寻经历,运用扎根理论提炼出老年用户在线健康信息搜寻行为的内外5个影响因素,构建老年用户在线健康信息搜寻行为影响因素的理论模型。[结果/结论] 最终得到网络环境因素、个体特征因素、社会支持因素、移动终端客观因素和个体认知因素是影响老年用户在线健康信息搜寻行为的关键因素,深入阐释各因素与搜寻行为间的作用机理。并根据理论模型,对政府、医疗机构、APP类软件等健康信息提供方提出一些可行的建议。  相似文献

Immigrants are among the populations in modern society that libraries are striving to serve. This study aims to develop a framework on immigrants, their information needs, and library services. Using a systematic literature review based on the grounded theory approach, 28 related articles were reviewed to identify the causes, characteristics, and the content of the information needs of immigrants. Also explored were the possible sources to satisfy these information needs and the barriers to accessing needed information. Findings indicate that personal social networks, the Internet, media sources, and institutions are the main information sources for immigrants; language, cultural differences, the digital divide, unfamiliar information systems, and psychological factors are the five major challenges for immigrants obtaining information. Based on the findings, a unified framework about immigrants, their information needs, sources to satisfy those needs, and library information services is, therefore, proposed. This framework may provide guidance for libraries and other information service agencies to better develop services and information systems for immigrants.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 探索网络环境下我国老年人健康信息查寻行为的影响因素,构建相关概念框架模型,为更合理化地开展老年人健康信息服务予以理论指引和支撑.[方法/过程]采用半结构访谈法收集35位老年人在网络环境下进行健康信息查寻活动的相关数据,通过扎根理论归纳出影响老年人网络健康信息查寻行为的14个概念范畴并聚焦为4个核心范畴.基于对概念范畴的分析,指出影响老年人网络健康信息查寻行为的4个主要因素,并构建网络健康信息查寻行为影响因素模型.[结果/结论]个人心理因素、个人实施成本、信息因素和社会因素是影响老年人网络健康信息查寻行为的主要因素.其中,个人心理因素和个人实施成本是内部因素,直接决定老年人网络健康信息查寻行为模式;信息因素、社会因素是外部情境条件,分别影响着内部因素与信息查寻行为之间的关系强度.  相似文献

With the introduction of the internal marketthe health service is changing rapidly and health libraries must change with it. Many libraries arerequested to cost their services. The demand comes from external customers and from their ownorganizations. This paper discusses the various reasons for costing services and howcosting information can influence our management decision making. The paper challengeslibrarians to move costing processes away from a mechanistic approach, towards a means ofdemonstrating the worth of a library resources unit in cost and qualitative terms. Using costinginformation for cost control purposes, comparison of cost with other providers, setting prices ordetermining future service delivery levels is discussed, as well as considering the question ofexternal provision of library services. Use of information on fixed and variable costs andassessing break-even levels of service provision is illustrated as a helpful guide to library survival.  相似文献
