谈学生对教师评价的局限性及对教学的影响

好教师与受学生欢迎的教师是两个不同的概念,好教师指一般公认的业务水平高,工作责任心强,教学效果好的教师。而受学生欢迎的教师指学生喜爱的,教学生动与学生关系融洽的教师。在某种意义上说,好教师应该是受学生欢迎的教师,受学生欢迎的教师也应该是好教师。但事实上并非如此,从专业角度称之为好教师的,并不一定是受学生欢迎的教师,而在专业上比较差的教师有些恰恰是受学生欢迎的     

浅谈指导高中学生学习《化学》

笔者结合多年教学实践,总结和概括了几种学习化学的常用方法,教师首先要使学生明确学习化学的目的;教师要引导学生进行课前预习;教师要引导学生听好每一节课;教师要指导学生做好课堂笔记;鼓励学生认真观察和动手实验;教师要提倡学生在课后及时进行复习;教师应该要求学生认真完成作业;教师要教会学生阅读课本;教师应当鼓励学生阅读化学课外读物;教师要鼓励学生经常参加化学课外活动。

教师只有不断走近学生,才能更好地了解学生,熟知学生,学生才会和教师做朋友,让教师去分享他们的喜悦;也只有走近学生、了解学生,教师才能够倾听他们的烦恼,分解他们的忧愁,消除他们的焦虑。只有当学生感受到了教师是最可信任的,他们才会把内心世界向教师打开。
