金龟子绿僵菌MicroRNA在蝉蜕和蚕血淋巴诱导下的差异表达分析

金龟子绿僵菌是一类应用广泛的昆虫病原真菌,在害虫的防治中起着重要作用。研究发现MicroRNA能调控基因表达,继而调控生物体生长发育的各个重要环节。本研究采用特异的茎环RT-qPCR方法,对15个绿僵菌miRNA进行不同诱导条件下的差异表达分析;结果表明,在蝉蜕诱导过程中,15个绿僵菌miRNA的表达水平呈现下降趋势;在血淋巴诱导过程中,15个绿僵菌miRNA的表达量差异存在以下2种情况:即man-miR-2等表达水平显著升高或者man-miR-6等显著下降。这些显著差异表达的miRNA可能在绿僵菌侵染昆虫的过程与定殖于昆虫体内发挥相应重要的作用。     

绿僵菌防治农林害虫研究进展

综述了绿僵菌对农林害虫防治进展,并初步讨论影响其防效的因素。     

惠州学院金山湖校区红火蚁疫情调查及其防控

本文调查了惠州学院金山湖校区内红火蚁的发生疫情,并对红火蚁疫情进行防控。结果表明,校门口区和球场区属于中偏重危害区;附中区、生活区和实验楼区属于中度危害区;旭日楼区、田楼区和图书馆区属于轻度危害区。红火蚁克星、诺威、红蚁净3种药饵防控效果明显。其中红火蚁克星与诺威药效较快,药后2d蚁巢周围出现少量的死亡工蚁;红蚁净药效较缓慢,但后期药效上升快,第6d与红火蚁克星和诺威的效果相当;而正舒作用缓慢,药效较差。药后6d挖巢观察,其中红火蚁克星和诺威能彻底消除蚁巢,防治效果可选100％。     

绿僵菌Argonaute基因片段原核表达载体的构建及其表达

绿僵菌是一类广泛应用于生物防治的昆虫病原真菌.研究表明小RNA能够调控基因的表达,其中Argonaute基因在整个小RNA通路中发挥重要的作用.本研究通过RT-PCR的方法从绿僵菌中获得了Argonaute基因的部分功能片段,构建了其重组原核表达载体,将重组载体转化至大肠杆菌进行诱导表达;采用镍柱亲和纯化重组的目的蛋白并通过Western blot技术鉴定.结果发现：通过RT-PCR的方法获得长度约为950bp的基因片段;重组原核表达载体经诱导表达后,SDS-PAGE检测发现分子量约为34kDa的目的蛋白条带;诱导5h后蛋白的表达量最高,采用镍柱亲和层析纯化重组蛋白,经Western blot技术检测,重组蛋白可与His-tag抗体发生特异性反应.该纯化重组蛋白的获得为将来绿僵菌Argonaute蛋白抗体的制备,并进一步通过该抗体获得绿僵菌体内的小RNA及其靶基因提供了基础.     

黄淮北片冬小麦新品种（系）高产稳产性评价

利用回归系数法，稳定性参数法和高稳系数法，对黄淮北片新育成的11个小麦品系的高产稳产性进行了研究。结果表明，参数品种多数产量较高，但其中产量稳定性差的占大多数，高产稳产的品系较少，仅有泰山241，只占全部参试品种的9．9％，这可能与品种性状的适应性有关。     

我国农业害虫生物防治中的“以虫治虫”概况

豌豆异季加代育种及选择试验

为了加快豌豆育种进程，进行了异季加代育种试验，结果表明：1．根据豌豆的温光反应及有效积温情况，河北省秦皇岛地区可以完成一年3代加代试验，加快育种步伐。2．夏季气候炎热，多雨，有利于豌豆耐高温和抗根腐病的选择。3．冬季加代进行抗寒性的鉴定，有利于选育抗寒性强的豌豆新品系。4．在不同日照条件下选择，有利于选育光照反应不敏感的豌豆品系，通过一年3代异季加代育种及对同一材料选择，选出了抗寒，耐高温，抗根腐病及对日照长度反应不敏感的半无叶型豌豆新品系宝峰2号，宝峰3号和宝峰5号。     

冬青属（Ilex）植物树皮浸出液凝血功能的研证

冬青属(Ilex)植物在我国民间防治疾病，具有悠久历史，多用于清热解毒、消炎、镇咳、止病等。本文将冬青属(Ilex)植物的树皮浸出液用于凝血试验，结果表明：1．某些冬青属植物树皮内含物质具有凝血作用；2．冬青属植物树皮白酒(50&;#176;)浸出液不同浓度凝血速度不同，选用冬青属植物树皮浓度为0．125g／ml，乙醇含量为12．5％的浸出液凝血效果显著。     

绿僵菌非核糖体肽合成酶的生物信息学分析

通过生物信息学的方法对绿僵菌非核糖体肽合成酶进行了分析.生物信息学分析表明:其一级结构并不保守;二级结构含有15个α螺旋结构、9个β折叠、多个无规则卷曲;三级结构可能有酰基激活酶、乙酰辅酶A绑定位点和腺苷一磷酸绑定位点结构域.三维建模表示在Swissmodel数据库中具有可靠的模型.理化性质分析表明其是稳定性的蛋白质.
