社会资本与欠发达农村社区建设

社会资本理论具有的包容性和解释力为欠发达农村的社区建设提供了一个崭新的研究视角.文章从社会资本与农村社区建设的关联性出发,认为社会资本的流失与嬗变正是阻滞欠发达农村社区建设的关键,进而提出应从加强农民道德教育、培育农民公共精神、推进社区自组织建设以及发展集体经济和公共事业等层面重构社会资本,以推动社区建设可持续进行.     

社会管理视角下的农村社区文化建设研究——以解决农村文化建设突出问题为突破口

文章从社会管理层面阐述了农村社区文化建设在社会主义新农村建设及和谐社会构建中的作用,指出现阶段农村社区文化建设存在意识不强、认识不到位、基础设施落后、农民主体性发挥欠缺等突出问题,提出了加强和改善农村社区文化建设的对策。     

农村流氓恶势力形成的社会机制及其控制

农村流氓恶势力是由许多彼此联系而又相互作用的因素综合互动产生的复杂的社会现象。它有其产生和形成的社会机制。要控制、治理农村流氓恶势力，需要从以下五个方面入手：1.加强农村基层组织建设；2.搞好农村剩余劳动力转移工作；3.加强法制教育，严惩腐败分子和农村不良社会群体；4.大力发展和完善农村社会中介组织，群众团体；5.重视和加强农村文化建设。     

“三位一体”推动幼儿园劳动教育课程建设

陈鹤琴“活教育”理论要求幼儿园劳动教育落实在“做中学”，为提高幼儿园劳动教育质量，促进疫情影响下劳动教育课程建设与配套师资队伍建设，需要从幼儿园、社区和家庭三方面共同努力，形成教育合力，打造“三位一体”共同推动幼儿园劳动课程建设的新局面。目前我园劳动教育开展过程中，呈现出家园合作“踽踽独行”；幼儿劳动能力发展水平参差不齐；教师开展劳动教育缺乏正面反馈等问题。通过对幼儿园、家庭以及社区共建劳动课程的调查研究，提出从幼儿园、社区层面做到：（1）强化幼儿园劳动教育的主人翁意识；（2）统筹课程内容、联通实施途径；（3）丰富社区支持劳动教育的方式与内容。从家庭、幼儿层面做到：（1）家庭正确认识劳动教育；（2）幼儿树立正确劳动观念；（3）建立劳动教育评价体系。实现“三位一体”式幼儿园劳动课程的构建。     

在促进生态良好的过程中提升农村社区建设水平——以武汉市石榴红村为例

由于农村特殊的地域属性,在农村社区建设过程中不可忽略地需要考虑＂人与地之间＂的关系,就是要求把握农村社区建设的系统性和整体性,要将农村社区的社会发展与地域自然环境综合进行考虑,发掘出推进社区建设的内源性动力。石榴红村的社区生态化建设模式是新时期农村社区建设的一种有益实践。

建设社会主义新农村的首要任务就是加强农村的文化教育工作，提高农村居民的文化科技素质和道德素质。社区教育是学校教育的延伸，是学校与社会相结合的产物。文章根据现有的社区教育模式及其特点，针对我国农村不同的经济发展地区，提出可供选择的农村社区教育模式，以期为我国今后农村的社区教育发展提供参考。

新媒体是引领新一轮科技革命的重要驱动力,也是推动农村社区教育高质量发展的强大动力。新媒体赋能农村社区教育是适应农村社区居民学习特点、助力农村社区教育转型升级以及构建农村数字化学习型社区的现实需要。新媒体赋能农村社区教育的内在机理主要体现在技术赋能、内容赋能和权力赋能三个维度上,分别通过革新教育手段、共享教育资源、提升教育参与度等助推农村社区教育高质量发展。未来在推动新媒体赋能农村社区教育中,还应在基础层面积极构建新媒体矩阵,在支撑层面加强新媒体师资队伍建设,在实践层面提升社区居民新媒体素养,在理念层面平衡价值理性和工具理性。
