一、问题的提出2005年秋季,江苏省高中全面启用“新课程”。在此之前,教育部和江苏省已经对高中教师们进行了“新课程”培训。“新课程”培训作为教师们了解“新课程”理念,提高广大教师实施、驾驭“新课程”能力和水平的一项重要举措,是关系到“新课程”改革工作能否顺利推进的“重中之重”环节之一。本研究以江苏省某地级市的历史、地理教师为研究对象,在其接受“新课程”培训之前和接受“新课程”培训之后,就同样的问题做了问卷调查,以了解“新课程”培训对教师究竟能够产生哪些影响,并分析影响的有效性等,希望能够对下一轮“新课程”培…     

语文新课程实施亟待强化"四种意识"

在课程改革中，作为语文教学，如何应时而变，推陈出新，与新课程同步，这是我们语文教师必须深入思考并认真探索的问题。我以为，根据新课程的基本理念和现阶段语文教学现状，亟侍强化以下“四种意识”。

农村高中教师对实施高中"新课程"态度的调查研究——以安徽省安庆地区农村高中教师为例

安徽省高中从今年秋季起启用“新课程”。在高中“新课程”培训开始之前,教师们对高中“新课程”有着怎样的“前概念呢”?针对这一改革,他们持怎样的态度呢?本研究通过问卷调查了安庆地区的高中教师,共136人。分析结果表明:在大多数教师对高中“新课程”的“前概念”中,“新课程”的实施将会带来他们工作量的加大和工作难度的增加;大多数教师对实施高中“新课程”持赞成和肯定态度,并认为“新课程”实施前对教师进行培训有必要。同时,教师对高中“新课程”方案的了解比较有限。笔者针对这些情况提出了分析和建议。     

走进"语文"学会"用教材"

新课程,新教材,新气象!走进新课程,广大师生很是激动兴奋了一阵子.可时过不久,因为新课程提倡个性化地"用教材教",反对生搬硬套"教教材",也的确让不少用惯了教参、习惯了"标准答案"这根拐棍的一线教师有些无所适从,以至"越来越不会教语文了"的感叹不绝于耳,直到今天情形仍未有多少改观.笔者认为,出现这样一种情形,有新课程理论要求过高而指导太少的问题,也有一线语文教师群体整体专业能力修养不高而难以真正领会落实新课程精神的问题.原因非常复杂,其中最为直接最为关键的原因则是一线教师缺乏自主思考的意识和能力而生吞活剥新课程理论.
