Nd离子掺杂TiO_2纳米颗粒制备及其光催化降解性能

凝胶法制备了Nd离子掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒,采用X射线衍射(XRD)表征了催化剂的晶体结构·以甲基橙为有机底物,测试了Nd掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒光催化活性·结果表明:二氧化钛的主要晶相为锐钛矿相,Nd掺杂可阻止晶相转移·Nd掺杂量为1·5%时,催化活性最高,达到90%以上·     

La3+掺杂纳米TiO2制备及其性能的研究

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列La3+掺杂的纳米TiO2,用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)等测试方法对催化剂进行表征,并以甲基橙溶液为降解目标,测定其紫外光光催化活性.结果表明:La3+的掺杂能有效抑制TiO2纳米颗粒的增长,提高晶相转变温度;稀土La3+的掺杂能有效提高TiO2纳米粉体的光催化活性,最佳初始掺杂物质的量比为0.02%.     

可见光响应的掺杂型纳米TiO2制备及其光催化活性研究

在通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出铜和氮共掺杂的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的基础上,利用XRD和UV-Vis光谱等技术对其结构、掺杂效果、光催化活性等进行了表征,结果表明,掺入了铜和氮的纳米TiO2结构为锐钛矿晶型,其吸收阈值达到590nm,可见光吸收率比未掺杂的纳米TiO2有了很大提高,最终导致其光催化降解二甲酚橙的活性得到显著增强.     

铝改性纳米二氧化钛的制备及其光催化性能

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al3＋掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂,以亚基蓝为污染物,在160W的高压汞灯下,考察了Al3＋掺杂对TiO2光催化性能的影响,并通过XRD对其结构进行了表征。结果表明：Al3＋掺杂能够提高了TiO2光催化活性;Al3＋-TiO2的最佳制备条件为硝酸铝为掺杂前驱体,r（Al：Ti）为0.01,焙烧温度500℃时光催化活性最佳。     

Y^3＋/TiO2粒子的制备及其光催化降解结晶紫的探究

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土金属离子Y^3＋掺杂的TiO2光催化剂,用XRD进行了分析和表征.以紫外灯为光源,通过对结晶紫的降解反应,研究了掺杂稀土离子钇的TiO2催化活性.结果表明,Y^3＋的掺杂减小了TiO2的粒径,提高了TiO2的光催化活性,反应体系在Y^3＋掺杂量为1.2%,催化剂用量1.5g/L,经500℃煅烧的条件下制备的Y^3＋-TiO2催化下效果最好.降解浓度4.0mg/L结晶紫2小时后,降解率可达90%.     

稀土掺杂TiO2光催化剂的制备及其光催化活性的研究

采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备稀土掺杂TiO2光催化剂RE/TiO2（RE=Pr、Nd、Gd、Er）,利用XRD、BET、DRS、SPS等手段进行表征,研究了稀土掺杂对TiO2的晶相结构、比表面积、吸光性能的影响,考察了RE/TiO2催化剂降解C2H4的气-固相光催化氧化反应性能.结果表明：掺杂适量的稀土离子可以抑制锐钛矿晶型向金红石晶型转变,细化晶粒,增加比表面积,提高光催化活性.     

二氧化钛溶胶体系光催化降解甲基橙研究

以无机钛源为原料,通过共沉淀-解胶法制备了Ce4 -TiO2,Nd3 -TiO2、La3 -TiO2溶胶及纯溶胶光催化剂.利用XRD表征所制溶胶均为锐钛矿溶胶,利用8W-黑光灯(UVA)作为光源,以甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了前驱物及稀土掺杂对溶胶光催化降解效果的影响,研究发现:以不同原料所制溶胶的降解效率高低依次为H2TiO3＞TiCl4＞TiOSO4＞Ti(SO4)2;以偏钛酸为原料的稀土掺杂溶胶均表现较高的降解效果,其中1% Ce4 掺杂80分钟降解率达到了98.99%.

纳米TiO2因其禁带宽和光生电子与空穴容易复合,而表现出较低的光催化活性,阻止了光催化剂纳米TiO2走向实用化.介绍了利用掺杂与共掺杂、金属与非金属掺杂手段对纳米TiO2进行改性的方法,对进一步扩大纳米TiO2的应用范围,实现纳米TiO2的工业化应用奠定了基础.     

C—Ce—TiO2光催化剂的制备及其对氟氯氰菊酯的降解

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备碳铈共掺杂的纳米二氧化钛（C—Ce-TiO2）光催化剂,经X一射线粉末衍射（XRD）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）和紫外-可见漫反射光谱（Uv-Vis-DRS）表征,在9W日光灯照射下,催化降解高效氟氯氰菊酯．结果表明：C—Ce—TiO2在可见光区吸光度提高,其禁带宽度比未掺杂的二氧化钛小,XRD显示制备得到的C—Ce—TiO2主要为锐钛矿晶型,光催化降解试验发现C—Ce—TiO2对高效氟氯氰菊酯的降解能力高于纳米二氧化钛,降解率可达92％左右．
