基于谱减法和短时能量的语音端点检测方法

语音端点检测在语音信号处理中是一个很重要的方面,在分析了传统的能量阈值的端点检测算法基础之上,针对其不足,笔者提出了一种基于谱减法和短时能量的检测方法。它结合语音增强,进行自适应门限判决。实验结果表明,与传统的能量阈值法比较,该方法在低信噪比的情况下具有较高的准确率和稳定性,是一种简单有效的方法。     

一种基于谱减的语音增强算法改进

为进一步降低噪声对采集语音的干扰,提出了一种新的谱减改进方法。采用阈值法对非平稳背景噪声信号进行估计,计算出先验信噪比,得到还原的纯净语音信号。用MATLAB实现了整个算法的仿真,并与传统谱减法结果相比较,仿真结果表明,该算法对非平稳噪声追踪性较好,在抑制背景噪声,减少音乐噪声前提下,提高了语音的可懂度,其计算复杂度也可以接受。     

基于在线单类支持向量机的自适应语音活动检测

针对非平稳噪声环境下的语音活动检测问题,提出了基于在线单类SVM的自适应语音活动检测算法。该算法采用单类SVM对多种特征信息进行在线学习与综合,为非平稳背景噪声建模,并采用双层决策机制,能有效提高语音活动检测的稳健性。在语音识别系统中的实验结果表明,算法在多种噪声环境和信噪比条件下有效,并明显提高了在非平稳噪声环境下的识别率。     

基于信息熵和小波滤波的清音检测方法

使用传统的谱熵对含有白噪声的浊音进行检测,然后使用熵函数对白噪声中的清音进行检测,并引入离散小波变换,对语音的信息熵进行处理,最后根据设定的门限进行判断。仿真结果表明,该方法很好地检测出语音信号中的清音,对语音信号中的清音/浊音/无声部分的辨别有重要作用。同时该方法对实际噪声中的清音检测也有很好的效果。     

基于序贯相似性检测和自适应滤波的EMD端点效应处理方法（英文）

针对经验模态分解时存在的端点效应问题,提出了一种基于序贯相似度检测和自适应滤波的方法来抑制EMD的端点效应.该方法将信号分成多个子波,通过改变初始子波的长度来选择误差最小、匹配种子子波个数最大的最佳初始子波,并利用子波斜率进行预匹配和二次匹配,以提高匹配速度.然后利用对折方式自适应调整阈值选择多个种子小波,最后根据自适应滤波方法对端点波形进行预测和扩展.利用该方法对非平稳非线性仿真信号和实验信号进行了分析,并与镜像拓延法和RBF拓延法进行了比较,该方法拓延后信号的EMD结果正交指数和相似指数优于其他方法.结果表明,该方法能较好地抑制端点效应,对解决端点效应问题具有一定的有效性、准确性和稳定性.     

基于VMD分解和小波阈值的语音信号去噪

为了对非平稳、非连续的语音信号进行降噪,提出一种基于VMD分解和小波阈值的语音降噪方法。通过仿真信号对比分析了VMD、EMD和EEMD算法对信号分解中存在的伪分量、模态混叠问题。先用VMD对语音信号进行分解,再利用小波阈值降噪。实验结果表明,该降噪方法明显优于小波阈值的语音信号降噪、基于EMD和小波阈值的语音信号降噪以及基于EEMD和小波阈值的语音信号降噪。     

非特定环境下去噪性能的分析

语音信号是一种非线性时变的信号,因此在传输和存储过程中,很容易受到外界环境的干扰,最主要的是高斯白噪声的干扰。本文针对语音信号的噪声特点,提出在非特定环境下去除噪声的方法。仿真结果表明,在信噪比为63 dB的情况下,还原的语音信号能够满足我们人耳的要求,体现了该方法的一般性和可行性。     

一种基于ECG信息推断的心脏运动信号预测方法

提出一种基于时变多变量回归模型利用ECG信号和心脏运动信号相关性进行预测的预测方法,该方法将ECG信号非平稳心率变化信息的全过程通过模型中互相关项引入心脏信号预测中,以克服单纯的基于线性模型预测方法的不足,增强了对心脏信号中非平稳变化的适应能力,提高了估计的精度。通过对偶卡尔曼滤波器对模型的状态和参数分别进行估计,完成心脏运动信号的实时预测,并通过比较实验验证了算法的有效性。     

语音信号去噪声处理研究与仿真

语音信号去噪音处理以及浊音、清音的辨别,对智能机器人人机语音交互系统有着重要意义。利用MATLAB软件平台设计了巴特沃斯FIR数字滤波器,进行语音信号去噪音滤波处理。由于原始语音信号的时域波形图与频谱图变化小,分析较难,为便于波形分析,对原始语音信号进行4千赫兹和8千赫兹重采样,通过短时平均过零率与短时自相关函数法对语音信号进行清、浊音的辨别和基音周期提取。仿真结果表明,基于切比雪夫窗函数设计的滤波器对语音信号滤波效果良好。     

基于LPC的语音信号特征参数提取算法研究

提出了一种基于LPC的语音信号特征参数提取的算法思想,对原始的语音信号进行线性预测建模,估计预算模型参数,提取LPC系数,分析LPC倒谱并计算预测误差。实验结果表明,该算法能较好的提取语音信号的特征参数,且预测重构的语音信号误差较小,易于建模的实现,为语音信号处理提供了一种特征参数提取的方法。
