企业文化之所以受到各界的广泛关注和高度重视，根本原因是它是最新的企业管理形式，可以给企业注入生命活力，决定着企业的生存、发展和壮大。我国企业界已认识到企业文化对企业发展的重要性，但在企业文化建设的实践中遇到不少问题，主要是：怎样来建设适合自己特点的企业文化；企业文化建设要达到什么目标。由于认识不到位，目标不明确，在企业文化建设中出现了盲目、照搬和形式主义等问题。通过对企业文化概念、企业文化建设的发展与现状、影响企业文化建设的因素等方面分析，提出了企业文化建设的目标与途径及应注意的问题，试图对促进企业文化建设进行一些有益的尝试。     

抓导向，运用政策调节为职工文化建设提供保证

企业改革的不断深入，使职工文化建设面临着许多新的问题，在组织上、内容上、方式上都产生了一系列的转移和变化。徐州分局工会经过认真调查分析，逐步理清了工会组织在企业文化建设中的工作思路之后，我们通过采取协商机制、出台文件、政策倾斜、优化配置等手段，加大了对职工文化建设的保证力度。一是充分发挥协商机制的作用，不断增加文化建设的投入。在每年一度的集体合同平等协商会议上，把职工文化建设列入议题，根据实际情况，就文化建设的规划、设备更新等问题与行政方进行协商，通过维护机制，解决平时不好解决的大宗款项问题。如…
