试论高师传统教育实习模式的演进及新模式构想

我国传统教育实习模式的沿革大致可分五个阶段,分别是清末仿日教育实习模式、民国学期制教育实习模式、民国学年制教育实习模式、新中国仿苏教育实习模式和自主应用型教育实习模式。在高等教育大众化的历史趋势和以实践创新为主基调的新世纪教育背景下,传统的教育实习模式已难以适应新时代的师资培养要求,时代呼唤着内涵丰富、形式多样、优质高效的创新型教育实习新模式。     

师范类英语学生实习模式探讨——以西北师范大学为例

随着时代的发展,师范类英语学生的实习经历了三种模式,即院系自主负责的实习模式、联合编队模式和实习支教模式.通过对这三种实习组织模式的分析和评价,可以了解实习模式对学生的实习效果,以及未来职业发展的影响,以便更好地开展师范类英语学生的实践活动.     

对现行高职院校酒店管理专业实习模式的反思

文章基于笔者实习教学工作的体会,通过对现行高职院校酒店管理专业实习模式的分析,总结出传统实习模式存在的问题,并借鉴中外教育实习的成功经验,从实习目标的确立、实习时间的安排、实习内容的阶段渐进性安排、健全和落实实习制度等四个方面,提出区别于中职酒店专业实习模式的高职酒店管理专业实习模式的改进建议.

市场经济和高校扩招使传统的毕业实习模式面临许多障碍,结合我校自动化专业毕业实习,分析了当前毕业实习面临的主要困难,提出了毕业实习和毕业设计一体化模式、稳定实习基地模式以及结合就业的在岗毕业实习模式,以促进自动化专业毕业实习教学质量的提高。     

电气专业生产实习模式探索与思考

教育实习 ,对于高等师范院校培养合格的高质量师资具有重大意义。传统的教育实习曾经发挥过重要作用 ,但也存在许多不足。本文针对传统教育实习模式的不足 ,提出了一种新的教育实习模式———混合编队教育实习模式。这种模式如果组织得好 ,能够极大地改善和提高教育实习的质量     

新冠肺炎疫情下医学留学生临床见习教学的思考和探索

相较于新冠肺炎疫情背景下的中国医学生,留学生群体的临床见习教学管理存在着更多的挑战。由于世界范围的疫情大流行,部分外籍学生不能或延迟到校参与临床见习教学,疫情防控背景下的医院管理制度改变也影响了开展临床见习教学的方式。因此,对于疫情防控常态化下的留学生临床见习教学的顺利开展势必需要新的对策和改革。通过总结广西医科大学的留学生临床见习教学的工作经验及面临的问题,就教学模式和教学改革进行了深入思考和探索,为教学实践提供了可参考建议。     

论“工学交替”的高职实践教学模式——以合肥财经职业学院农商学院为例

工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养的基本途径和显著特征,实践证明,＂工学交替＂的实习制度具有更好的实训绩效。文章运用博弈论方法对合肥财经职业学院农商学院校企合作的实习实训进行了分析,提出了在实习实训过程中构建实践教学体系的制度安排：一是创新实训制度安排,推动特色人才培养;二是构建实践教学体系,落实实习实训制度;三是健全校企协同机制,保障实训高效实施。     

LEARNING OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM: THE UNDERGRADUATE GERONTOLOGY INTERNSHIP

This article describes an undergraduate gerontology internship program that provides an intermediary level of involvement between a service-learning activity and a pre-professional graduate school internship, presents a case study of a student's learning experience, and suggests a teaching and learning structure that may be scaffolded to fit individual student needs and goals. A humanistic teaching orientation is discussed as a method to facilitate learning and a deeper understanding of internship experiences.     

Southwest University's Innovative No-Fee Teacher Education Internships

This article describes Southwest University's no-fee teacher education internship models in terms of their organization, content, requirements, and quality assurance. It further introduces the quality assurance system, which comprises building a teaching internship system, establishing internship sites, guiding teacher training, and processing management. The article explores the theoretical basis of the university's internship efforts and provides a comparative analysis of the three models: volunteer teaching internship, mixed-team internship, and specialty-focused internship. Finally, it identifies issues for further consideration.     

高职学生顶岗实习有效性的评价研究——以会计专业为例

高职学生顶岗实习是高职教育必不可少的实践教学环节。为了提高学生顶岗实习的教学质量,构建出与工学结合教学改革相适应的、开放的、过程化的、多元化的有效教学评价体系,国家、教育行政主管部门、学校以及实习企业都需要采取相应的措施。     

网络平台下师范生教育实习的流程再造

将网络平台引入高师院校教育实习的目的是提高实习的质量和效率,须对现有实习流程加以改造以发挥这种作用。根据业务流程再造的思想,以三阶段实习为例系统化改造现有教育实习流程。采用新流程可以提高资源的利用率,加强实习中各方的沟通联系,支持对实习生进行形成性评价和多元评价,使教育实习满足实习生的个性化学习的需求。     

实训月——一种工学交替教学的实现方式

本文结合深圳信息职业技术学院采取的一种“工学交替”实现方式——“实训月”教学的实践过程,介绍了“实训月”的思路、方法、意义以及与其教学要求相适应的教学管理配套做法,归纳了在不断的改革、探索下继续完善“实训月”的系列措施和取得的成效。     

‘Fitting in’ or ‘being different’? Integration,separation, and identity construction during a teaching practicum in Hong Kong

This paper reports the results of a qualitative study that examined the perspectives of one group of teacher educators and pre-service teachers about a teaching internship in Hong Kong. Reflecting recent interest in both a practice turn in pre-service teacher education as well as teacher identity construction, the study uses in-depth interviews to reveal how both teacher educators and pre-service teachers construct the meaning of a teaching internship. The results suggest that two discourses dominate such meanings: the discourse of integration and the discourse of separation. The study not only reveals the presence of these discourses but, moreover, considers how their interplay provides affordances for and constraints upon the capacity of pre-service teachers to construct their professional identities during the teaching internship. This exploration suggests that this interplay can lead to identity conflict for pre-service teachers. Implications for overcoming such conflict in ways that support the construction of pre-service teachers’ professional identities are considered and suggestions for future comparative research discussed.     

“双任务、双导师”旅游教育实习教学机制的构建与实践

为解决旅游教育实习教学实效性问题,构建“双任务、双导师”旅游教育实习教学机制。广东省旅游职业技术学校在做好实习教学前提工作,夯实实习教学组织体系,组织实习课程设计与实施等方面进行了有益的探索与实践。实践证明,“双任务、双导师”旅游教育实习教学机制,对实习生理论知识的提高、职业能力的提升有明显的促进作用。     

Cross-cultural experience in preservice teacher education

The study investigated the effect of international student teaching experience on the professional and personal development of preservice teachers. Within the framework of their internship program, 26 graduate students in a private university in Turkey had a two-month internship in a mid western state in the United States, the main component of which was a six-week student teaching experience in high schools. Student teachers worked with mentors in pairs or triads in six high schools in different subject areas. They got involved in teaching practices, technology seminars, and diverse cultural activities during their internship. The student teachers and mentor teachers were surveyed through e-mail and three student teachers were interviewed to evaluate the outcomes of the program. The findings of the current research suggest that the international student teaching experience and the overall internship program with its cultural components contributed in a positive way to student teachers’ professional and personal development and helped student teachers increase their cultural awareness. The findings also suggest that the presence of international students in US schools and society in general helped American students and people have a better idea of other countries and cultures.
