教学改革与考试改革

教学改革受制于考试改革。高考具有筛选功能,也具有导向功能,应发挥高考的“指挥棒”作用以引导中学教学,推进素质教育。考试改革的方向应由考知识真正转向考能力,扩大能力考查的范围,改进能力考查的方式,使高考成绩反映考生的实际能力而不是对考试的准备程度。     

细胞生物学教学改革与实践

细胞生物学是师范院校为生物系学生所开设的专业必修课程之一。在细胞生物学教学实践与经验的基础上,对细胞生物学教学中教学方案的合理制定,如何提高学生学习兴趣以及对学生科学创造力的培养等方面进行了一些探讨,并提出采取多样化的教学方法、改变单纯的“教与学”的模式等措施,以期为细胞生物学的教学改革提供一些新的尝试与思路。     

研究改革哲学,指导改革发展

哲学与科学的关系,是指导与被指导关系,改革和发展战略也是科学。改革和发展的兴衰成败决定于哲理的正误和成熟程度。中国改革和发展实践,形成了改革哲学,哲理的特点是:包容性、普惠性、和谐性、中庸性、多元性、互动性、人本性。应继续研究和充实这些理念,并用以指导改革发展实践。     

Loan burdens and educational outcomes

There is widespread concern among educators, policy makers, and students that the current generation of college graduates is being unduly burdened with debt. This study examines the impact of debt on the educational outcomes of recent graduating seniors from a set of private, expensive, highly selective colleges and universities. In particular, I investigate the relationship between borrowing levels and the likelihood of pursuing a graduate degree, a professional degree, and the career plans of the college class of 1998. The central conclusion drawn from this analysis is that students do not appear to be significantly influenced by their debt.     

Educational outcomes

Data about education outcomes are of vital importance to everyone involved in the educational process. Despite inherent flaws in the current systems for measuring outcomes, the systems must be continued while solutions to the flaws are sought. Particular attention needs to be paid to the accuracy, comparability, and timeliness of the data. Caution must be exercised to avoid inappropriate uses and interpretations of data. We must be constantly aware of the correlation between learning and measuring learning—are we measuring what we learn or are we teaching what we measure?The papers submitted by Bishop; Buccino; Cronin; Murnane; Plisko, Ginsberg, and Chaikind, Scott-Jones, Smith and Walberg should be read carefully before any conclusions are drawn concerning collecting data about and measuring educational outcomes.     

台湾教改与"我们的课改"

前些年台湾一场教改被认为不成功.当地社会各界进行了尖锐批评."我们的课改"跟它惊人地相似.我们不该也无需将它们两者简单类比.但如果进行适当的类比,认真思考它所提出的重要问题,汲取有益的经验教训,那么,对审视当前课程改革有实践意义,而且对教育学、课程教学论研究有理论意义.     

改革课堂教学与课堂教学评价改革——“新基础教育”课堂教学改革的理论与实践探索之三

所有教育教学改革都会面临改革与已有评价体系的矛盾、参与改革的实践者与改革之外具有评价权的评价者之间的矛盾 ,这也是“新基础教育”自探索性阶段起就遇到的尖锐问题。“新基础教育”研究采取了评价改革贯穿于教学改革研究与实践全过程的策略 ,改变了评价者在改革之外 ,评价过程外在于改革过程的传统 ,使课堂教学评价成为课堂教学改革的认识深化和实践推进中不可缺少的重要构成 ,把课堂教学改革实践的深化过程与阶段成果不断转化为评价改革的深化过程与重要资源。“新基础教育”课堂教学改革评价系统的形成大致经历了三个阶段 :第一阶段以诊断性评价与常规性评价为主要构成 ;第二阶段以原则性评价与比较性评价为主要构成 ;第三阶段以全程整体性评价与阶段系统性评价为主要构成。     

论改革的普遍性和社会主义改革的特殊性

纵观人类社会历史可看，在各社会形态发展过程中，普遍存在改革，社会基本矛盾运动到一定阶段必然引起改革，是合乎规律的，社会主义社会的改革与阶级社会的改革相比，具有不同的特点，正确认识社会主义改革的特殊性，特别是社会主义改革的特点，对于准确把握我国社会主义改革的方针、政策和具体做法有重要意义。     

试论会计改革与发展

根据我国当前经济的实际，参照国内外的经验，为建成有中国特色的会计体系，会计改革应主要做好几个方面的工作。
