老年妇科患者围手术期的处理

妇女 6 0岁后即进入老年期 ,在老年期 ,身体多种组织器官逐渐出现衰老和退化。如何使老年妇女安全度过围手术期是妇科医师非常关注的一个问题。本文收集了 99例老年妇科患者围手术期合并症的处理资料并进行了回顾性分析。1　临床资料1.1　一般资料　 1996 .1～ 2 0 0 0 .12月本院妇科手术患者中年龄≥ 6 0岁的共 99例 ,其中 6 0～ 6 9岁 79例 ,70～ 79岁 18例 ,>80岁 2例 ,平均年龄 6 6 .73岁。1.2　妇科疾病类型　 (1)妇科恶性肿瘤 :共 4 2例 ,占4 2 .4 2 %。其中宫体癌 5例 ,宫颈癌 17例 ,卵巢癌 15例 ,外阴癌 2例 ,子宫肉瘤 1例 ,输卵管…     

乳腺癌106例临床病理分析

目的 :探讨张家口地区乳腺癌的发病规律。方法 :对我科 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 2年收集的 10 6例乳腺癌进行回顾性分析。结果 :36～ 5 5岁者占 70 %以上 ,2 6岁以下和 6 6岁以上患者极少 ;浸润性导管占 75 .4 7% ,淋巴结总转移率为 4 0 .6 %。结论 :乳腺肿物早就诊对乳腺癌的早期诊断与预后有重要的意义。     

米非司酮加丙酸睾丸酮配伍米索前列醇终止12～16周妊娠的临床观察
