大学生艾滋病健康教育模式效果评价研究

以湖南人文科技学院大学生为研究对象，按大众传媒教育模式、专业教育模式、同伴教育模式3种不同健康教育模式分组进行实验，探讨切实可行的大学生艾滋病健康教育模式，为健康教育提供理论依据。结果表明：大学生艾滋病健康教育在内容和形式的设置上，更贴近实际要求，切实可行的教育模式是以同伴教育为主，结合专业教师指导，辅以大众传媒宣传，三者互补长短，可达到最佳的效果。

上海市工读学校心理健康教育现状调查研究

该研究通过对上海市10所工读学校心理健康教育现状的调查,发现工读学校都比较重视心理健康教育,并制定了相应的教育措施,具体的教育形式比较丰富。但也有些学校的机构设置与运作不够完备,心理教师数量相对缺乏,而且专业水平有待提高。同时,也存在学生家长不配合学校的工作等问题。针对工读学校开展心理健康教育的现状和特点,提出一些建议与设想,为工读学校进行心理健康教育提供参考。     

浅析中等职业学校体育教师的专业成长

在教学改革的大背景下,中等职业学校的师资队伍建设非常必要。文章以提高教师专业成长为研究,明确了加强体育教师专业成长的必要性,并分析了当前中等职业学校体育教师专业成长的几个问题,最后提出了几点建设中等职业学校体育教师队伍,提高其专业成长的建议。     

城市化背景下成都市中小学心理健康教育可持续发展机制研究

通过对成都市中小学心理健康教育现状调研发现:地区发展水平差距过大,缺乏心理健康教育意识,专业师资队伍缺口大,目标德育化、辅导形式单一等问题。针对这些问题进行分析,提出了一系列措施:完善专业教师内培外引制度、重视心理健康知识的普及、建立完善的心理测量和筛查体系以及心理咨询及跟踪评价体系、普及和完善网络咨询模式、建立家校协作的心理健康教育模式,以形成心理健康教育可持续发展有效机制。     

School district-provided supports to enhance sexual health education among middle and high school health education teachers

Schools support teachers in their professional learning, just as teachers support students in their learning. To accomplish this, schools can provide support systems that enhance teachers’ knowledge, comfort, and instructional skills. This study examined the impact of two district-provided supports (curriculum and professional development) on sexual health instruction among middle and high school health education teachers. Data were abstracted and analyzed using inductive coding from 24 teacher interviews (2015–2016). Findings illustrate outcomes from both curriculum and PD on teachers’ self-reported knowledge, comfort, and skills. The district-provided supports appeared to contribute to improved teachers’ self-efficacy in delivering sexual health education.     

论高校特殊教育专业教师的素养

教师是专业性职业之一,教师的专业素养直接影响到教育的质量。我国已经出台了针对小学、中学和幼儿园教师的《专业标准》,但还没有专门针对高等院校教师的专业标准。论文在分析特殊教育教师专业素养重要性基础上,借鉴《专业标准》构建理念,提出了高等院校从事特殊教育师资培养的专业教师应该具备良好特殊教育专业伦理及师德、特殊教育专业知识和特殊教育专业能力三个方面的素养,并对其内容构成和关系进行了梳理。     

中师情结折射的小学教师教育的中国经验

改革开放以来中师为我国小学教育培养了大批优秀教师,积累了小学教师培养的丰富经验。当下随着中师退出教师教育的舞台及教师教育存在的问题,社会上形成了深厚的中师情结,其中蕴含着择优录取形成了小学教师的专业自豪感、提前录取促成了小学教师的职业动机、就业待遇提供了小学教师的专业发展动力、综合化课程培育了小学教师的专业素养等小学教师培育的中国经验。     

Could Australia have its own teacher professional standards for teaching relationships and sexuality education?

In many countries, there are no professional standards determining attributes, praxis, effectiveness and evaluation for teachers of relationships and sexuality education in schools. However, in the USA, a new set of pre-service teacher preparation standards has been developed for sexuality education and health. Australia has a set of generic teacher professional standards, but none specifically designed for teachers of relationships and sexuality education. This study aims to explore the possible development of such specific education professional standards for Australian teachers, by comparing and contrasting the knowledge, skills, and competencies exemplified in the prospective USA preparation standards with those in existing generic Australian teacher standards at graduate level. The analysis points to common areas of suitability, competencies, and effectiveness that could help pre-service/initial teachers, in-service teachers, and teacher educators find appropriate and relevant benchmarks for the teaching of timely and comprehensive relationships and sexuality education. The findings show structural similarities, content consistencies, and helpful commonalities in both standards’ sets, comprising seven USA teacher preparation standards, and seven Australian teacher professional standards. Such information may be useful for teachers and educators wishing to generate professional standards for the teaching of relationships and sexuality education in Australia.     

Quality of religious education in Croatia assessed from teachers’ perspective

The main aim of the present study was to examine the quality of religious education in Croatian primary schools when assessed from teachers’ perspective. Religious education teachers (N?=?226) rated the impact of certain factors on the existing quality of religious education in primary schools and expressed their expectations about the future status of this aspect of education. In addition, teachers rated different sources of their professional satisfaction as religious education teachers. We identified understandable latent dimensions of teachers’ opinions, expectations and satisfaction where retained dimensions are modestly interrelated. The conducted regression analyses suggest that teachers with different professional status-related personal attributes are fairly uniform in their views, expectations and satisfactions. An interesting finding of this study concerns the relationship between school-based Catholic religious education and the parish-based catechesis, where an existing relationship represents a weak source of religious education teachers’ satisfaction. This represents a valuable empirically driven insight regarding the Catholic religious education in Croatian schools with some importance to the broader context of religious education in general.     

西安市基础教育教师发展状况研究

采用问卷调查法对西安市基础教育教师发展状况进行了调查,结果发现男女教师数量不均衡,男教师数量过少;以中青年教师为主,小学、初中教师基本都达到国家规定的学历,但通过全日制教育获得最高学历的教师人数不多;绝大多数教师周课时在16节以下;教师对素质教育、教育公平、全面发展观念的理解存在一定的误区;教师师德观念存在一定问题;教师业务水平居中;教师心理健康水平偏低。     

高师院校开展职教师资培养的若干思考——以广西壮族自治区为例

广西中等职业教育的快速发展对职教师资培养提出了新要求。高师院校应以职教师资的"职业性""学术性""师范性"为基点,积极探索以高师院校为主体,职业学校和企业为两翼的职教师资培养新模式,提高职教师资培养质量。
