十六大以来中国共产党生态科技思想探析

马克思和中国共产党历代领导集体生态科技思想,为十六大以来生态科技观的形成提供了坚实的理论基础。中国共产党的生态技术观是在国内经济发展与环境建设不协调和世界绿色科技革命兴起的基础上提出来的。十六大以来中国共产党生态科技思想的内涵包括:树立生态科技意识、推进先进生态技术研发、完善生态科技体制机制建设、加强生态科技人才队伍建设、开展绿色技术国际合作与交流等。中国共产党的生态科技思想具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
