滋育儿童的爱根，意在让儿童从小都能爱生活，爱文化，爱自然，爱社会，以及爱自己。因为爱是人类一切活动的基石，“有爱就有希望!”有了爱，教育才可以抵达，人生才可以走向完满。     

谈严爱相济

严爱相济是一条基本教育原则，严是教育者对儿童的要求，具有强制性，爱是教育者对儿童的给予和情感体验。严与爱是辩证统一的，严中有爱，爱中有严。在具体操作上，首先应把儿童当个人来看待，其次既要爱护关心儿童生活，又要严格要求儿童，再次既要面向全体，一视同仁，又要区别对待，因材严爱。     

青年教师须掌握的若干心智技能
