成人英语学习动因调查

在二语习得中，不论采用何种教学法，总有一部分学生学习成功，另一部分学生学习失败。为此。不少外语研究人员开始研究学习者的个人因素，如年龄、性别、性格、学习动机、目的、兴趣、态度和家庭影响等，而且已经发现不少有用的信息。针对国内非外语环境下的外语学习者，不少学者和教师对中国学生的智力、语言学能、认知方式、语言环境、学习策略、学习动机、学习兴趣、学习模式、学习现状、学习观念等因素作了调查和分析。这些调查分析对外语教学起到了巨大的推动作用，同时对成人的外语教学也起到了推波助澜的作用。但是在所有的调查文献中，笔者发现对成人外语学习者学习现状的调查和探讨甚少。了解这类“特殊”学生在目前语言环境下的英语学习现状，对于指导非全日制在读学生顺利完成外语学习，以及给辅导教师提供的有关参考数据是非常有益的。
