Structural technological direction in AIS design for regional analytical services

Results are presented, which were acquired by the author during research and development activities on the design, adaptation, introduction and elaboration of automated information systems of different types and purposes used in a variety of technologies for planning and making managerial decisions, namely: national corporate STI information centers, departmental systems of management (DSM), scientific production associations, firm analysis systems (FAS), and information analytical services at the federal and regional levels.

The principles of building the information-analytical system of a teaching and research situation center

The requirements for a situation center in the analytical services of administrative management are formulated; their functions and types of support are considered using the example of the Russian Academy of State Service attached to the President of the Russian Federation.     

Analysis of data processes and choices of data-processing and security technologies in situation centers

The details of administrative decision making in situation centers, their information and analytical support, as well as data protection issues, are considered. Basic data processes are identified and technologies for their realization are proposed.     

信息科技基础理论的分析建构

本文引入了分析信息学的概念和方法。根据对一般信息系统的定性分析和定量分析,建立了以信息分析基本方程组为标志的信息科技基础理论分析模型;通过对基本信息分析方程组的求解,从理论上说明了文献计量规律的动力机理;通过信息价值分析,揭示出知识是有效信息的积分;最后探讨了信息定义问题,提出以“信息是标志客观知识的哲学范畴”作为信息的哲学定义。     

空间客户智能的决策支持框架研究

文章以新的决策支持视角，提出具有空间分析能力的客户关系管理系统——空间客户智能系统。将客户的空间数据集成到客户智能系统中，以GIS技术、数据仓库技术、空间在线分析处理和空间在线分析挖掘为客户智能的支撑技术框架。实现可视化的、空间化的、深入的客户分析功能，从而提升企业的客户关系管理能力。     

Aspects of Analytical Information Support of the Social Assessment of Technical and Technology Risks

The tendencies towards the increasing relevance of studying the negative effects of research, technology, and industrial development are analyzed. The methodological aspects of social assessment of technical and technology risks are considered. The prognostication, computer-aided modeling, and minimization of harmful effects of hi-tech industrial development and adoption of new technologies are discussed. The tasks of analytical information support of interdisciplinary studies aimed at technology assessment are considered from a system perspective. The relevance of developing the conceptual form of the national system of social assessment of equipment and new technologies and the need for the structural and substantial organization of this system are shown.

针对如何在战争游戏中模拟竞争对手问题,提出战争游戏法分析框架概念。结合战争游戏法分析框架特性,建议将四角模型作为战争游戏法的分析框架。辅以真实案例,对四角模型分析框架的内涵及实施过程进行阐述,并针对四角模型实施中应注意问题加以介绍,最后点明四角模型作为战争游戏法分析框架的限制条件,力图促进战争游戏法在企业竞争情报分析中的有效运用。     

分析信息学的理论基础

从具体到抽象依次讨论了分析信息学的物理基础、逻辑构成和方法论问题,引进了作为分析信息学物理基础的量间概念并由此说明信息物理学必然隐含“对称性破缺”,推得系统中信息与能量成正比而与温度成反比,解释了分析信息学的逻辑构成,指出了分析信息学在方法论上意味着纯粹计量的信息学的终结和纯粹建构的信息学的开端。     

高校图书馆学科馆员服务质量评价体系研究

对高校图书馆学科馆员服务质量评价体系进行系统地研究,确定应用360度反馈评价法进行评价,建立3个方面15个二级评价指标,对各级评价指标含义进行分析。确定参与者评价权重,根据层次分析法确定各级评价指标权重。最后结合实例对评价结果进行分析与运用。     

新兴技术的未来产业影响力之分析方法研究综述

文章对国内外新兴技术未来产业影响力的分析方法进行了整理和综评,提出了评价新兴技术未来产业影响力的三大关键问题,即:确定影响因素、建立指标体系和搜集研究数据,并通过对新兴技术未来产业影响力研究所存在的过分依赖专家经验、缺乏有力的数据分析支持、缺乏对动态性影响因素的考虑现状问题分析,提出了通过扩宽数据来源、融合数学理论方法和开发实时技术评价信息系统来解决问题的思路。     

语义Wiki系统资源整合研究

在对语义Wiki系统特征和资源整合框架分析基础上,详细阐明资源整合过程中的两个关键技术——利用信息抽取技术进行语义标注和协同本体构建,从而促进语义Wiki系统的开发。     

基于知识流动的体育亲缘学科定量识别探索

运用文献资料调研、数理统计、巴雷托分析等研究方法,从知识流动的角度对体育学的亲缘学科从静态和动态两个维度进行分析。结果为:体育学科为知识输入型学科,其开放性和综合性不断提升;体育亲缘学科主要包括知识互惠型、知识来源型和知识输出目标型三类;在动态维度上又可分为稳定型、消退型和增长型三类。不同维度、不同视角体育亲缘学科的数目和内涵具有一定的差异性,但其知识输入或知识输出的比例要达到其知识输入或知识输出总量的1%以上。

指出国际科技前沿是世界科技强国的科技规划、战略、路线图、资助机构通过各类计划、项目最新资助的战略投资重点领域,这些战略投资重点领域代表了国际科技发展趋势,反映了科技强国政府、主流科技共同体和决策者的所思、所想、所为,直接反映国际科技前沿领域或科技前沿主题。认为国际科技前沿可划分为未来科技前沿和当前科技前沿。探讨未来科技前沿和当前科技前沿的分析方法、实施途径、获取信息的渠道,结合近年在学科战略情报服务中的实践工作,梳理并整理归纳一个遴选和确定符合我国国情的目标领域的分析框架,希望对以后的工作有所借鉴。     

The professionalization of students of library information faculties at universities of culture

The modernization of the library information sector largely depends on the quality of higher education that is provided by universities of culture. The most important factor in the formation of common cultural and professional competencies in future employees of libraries, information analytical centers, and agencies is the organization of cooperation between universities and potential employers. Professional and public accreditation is regarded as one of the effective mechanisms for organizing this interaction. The interactive technologies that are used in the implementation of educational programs strengthen the ties between library-information science and practice.
