基因组DNA的提取是蜜蜂分子生物学研究的一项基本而重要的技术,但由于蜜蜂样品具有脂肪、蛋白、几丁质含量很高的特点,所以用常规方法无法获得较高质量的DNA,文章研究对蜜蜂基因组DNA的提取方法作了重要改进,可以从不同发育时期的蜜蜂中快速、大量提取高质量的蜜蜂基因组DNA,此外,对蜜蜂总RNA的提取方法也进行了探索。 相似文献

人眼的自动定位是人脸识别研究中一个基本且非常重要的课题.对于人脸正面灰度图像,提出一种基于小区域内的积分投影和模板匹配相结合的人眼定位算法,该算法首先利用垂直积分投影确定人脸的左右边界,再对边界内图像提取水平边缘和水平积分投影以便提取眼睛小区域,最后利用模板匹配法精确定位瞳孔.实验表明该算法简单快速,定位准确率高,并且对图像背景及拍摄条件、倾斜、眼镜等变化具有很强的鲁棒性. 相似文献

香菇多糖几种提取方法的比较 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
本文通过对香菇多糖的热水浸提法,酸浸提法,复合酶浸提法,复合酶解、酸处理结合热水浸提法等几种提取方法进行了研究比较,实验结果表明:提取率高且浸提效果理想的方法是复合酶解、酸处理结合热水浸提法,此法能显著提高可溶于热水的多糖及还原性寡糖的浸提率,香菇多糖的浸提率达8.96%。同时,在单因素实验条件的基础上,针对复合酶解时溶液的pH值、复合酶解时间、热水浸提温度、热水浸提时间进行了四因素三水平的正交实验,并通过极差分析,确定了利用复合酶解、酸处理结合热水浸提法提取香菇多糖的最佳提取条件:复合酶解时溶液的pH值为5.0,复合酶解时间为80min,热水浸提温度为90℃,热水浸提时间为90min。 相似文献

The linear multi-baseline stereo system introduced by the CMU-RI group has been proven to be a very effective and robust stereovision system. However, most traditional stereo rectification algorithms are all designed for binocular stereovision system, and so, cannot be applied to a linear multi-baseline system. This paper presents a simple and intuitional method that can simultaneously rectify all the cameras in a linear multi-baseline system. Instead of using the general 8-parameter homography transform, a two-step virtual rotation method is applied for rectification, which results in a more specific transform that has only 3 parameters, and more stability. Experimental results for real stereo images showed the presented method is efficient. 相似文献

Based on division of the three-dimensional space from data samples, the method proposed in this paper can rapidly extract
fuzzy rules by using the fuzzy information of the samples. The principle of this approach is proved theoretically. Due to
its simplicity this method can be used to extract fuzzy rules in real-time for an adaptive control system. Simulation results
