现代消费主义无限复制着种种触手可及的快乐,或廉价或奢靡的欲望满足几乎成为幸福生活的内涵。这实际上已经形成了古典德性幸福的回归与复兴的时代背景。现代德性幸福传承儒家"君子之乐"的精神典范,着眼于幸福生活的主体之维,致力于培育与塑造自觉、自愿、自律、自由的现代人格,以克服当下社会幸福主体的迷失与异化。自由人格与幸福主体的精神境界内在关联,它们内在地决定着主体的理性思维、价值理想、生活模式、审美趣味与人生追求。培育与塑造幸福主体的自由人格,改善与提升幸福主体的精神境界,倡导现代社会的德性幸福,是对"生活何以更加幸福、更有尊严"这一问题在社会存在的主体维度上的积极回应,同时也是儒家传统德性幸福观与马克思"人的自由与全面发展"学说相结合以构建现代幸福观的有益尝试。

生活的终极意义在于幸福,幸福是个体生命的一种体验,幸福的体验受生命本能的支配,更受人性观、人生观、价值观的影响,因此教育是走向幸福的必经之路。学校的教育生活是个体生命活动的组成部分,教育生活的终极意义必然在于个体的幸福,要实现这一目标,教育生活自身须是充满生命活力、崇尚自由、富于理想和德性的生活,同时它又须是教会人们如何通过有德性的生活,走向拥有生命活力和精神自由的幸福生活的一种生活。

亚里士多德认为,人的活动都是以某种善为目的,而人的活动的最大目的就是幸福,因此幸福就是人的活动的最大善。德性是既使一个人好又使他出色地完成他的活动的品质,幸福就在于合乎德性的活动。德性活动分为理智德性活动和道德德性活动,理智德性活动即沉思是人最大的幸福,而道德德性活动是适合大多数人的幸福。幸福的获得必须通过人的学习和努力,而且还需要一定的外在善。亚氏的幸福思想对大学生的幸福观教育有着重要的启示,它启示我们在教育中要引导大学生关注幸福生活的问题、促进大学生树立符合德性的幸福观、鼓励大学生在创造中实现自己的幸福。     

论成就学生幸福的教育艺术

教育的天职就是帮助学生过上幸福生活。要成就学生的幸福人生,教育者必须掌握一门如何将学生导向幸福的教育艺术,其核心是：机智地处理好幸福的“可教性”与“不可教性”之间的关系,引导学生在当下幸福与人生幸福、幸福祈愿与现实生活、角色生活与个体生活、需要分化与价值建构之间寻求平衡点和教育行动的切入点,进而为学生与幸福相遇创造条件。

数字时代儿童闲暇的教育省思——基于亚里士多德的闲暇观

闲暇是个体获得自由的表现之一。亚里士多德最早对闲暇做出系统论述,认为闲暇具有时间和状态两重意义：闲暇时间是实现幸福的必要条件,闲暇状态是幸福的表现状态之一。德性是闲暇的前提与限度,闲暇必须合于德性,同时闲暇生活也是德性养成的重要场域。在数字时代,儿童闲暇面临内容和时间的问题：娱乐消遣充斥闲暇的内容,闲暇时间仅余意义空壳,导致德性和沉思在数字时代儿童的闲暇生活中难以寻觅,闲暇失去其获得幸福的应然价值。应引导儿童从学会生存走向学会闲暇;以德性约束儿童的闲暇生活,使闲暇生活成为育德的平台;面对数字时代的信息洪流,应加强儿童数字媒介素养教育,增强其信息辨别力。     

个体发展的阶段性与哲学教育的审慎

在苏格拉底那里,哲学教育的中心问题乃是人的自我认识问题,也即一个人究竟应该如何达成德性与幸福的问题。“认识你自己”是苏格拉底哲学教育的基本出发点,“认识自己无知”,由此保持自我不断地求知智慧,也即“爱智慧”,乃是苏格拉底哲学教育的基本目标,反诘式对话是苏格拉底哲学教育的基本方法。个体成长乃是从天性舒展出发,逐步过渡到理性的生成。苏格拉底哲学教育主要面对成年人而非儿童展开。儿童教育乃是从儿童身体自然出发,激活天赋本能与生命活力,走向积极而非节制的儿童生活。伴随个体成长,个体开始以反思走向个体精神自觉,教育也从诗性教育转向哲学教育,由此而显明个体成长的内在秩序与哲学教育的审慎。     

生命的叙述与倾听:道德教化的基本策略

人是一种生命的存在,人的生命存在是人德性生成的基础,人的德性生命乃是基于自然生命之上并对自然生命的超越与提升,道德的教化正是基于对个体生命存在事实的关注、引导来实现个体生命从肉身自然形式向德性价值形式的超越与提升,倾听个体生命的叙述,回应个体生命的价值祈望,在对话性交流中敞开个体的道德视界,启迪个体的道德理性和道德智慧,把个体生命引向德性价值的完满。
