正念训练对体育锻炼者心理健康的影响

近年来,正念成为现代心理学一个热点关注问题,有关正念训练在心理学领域的研究与日俱增,而将正念训练与锻炼心理学相结合的研究却并不多,体育锻炼与正念训练存在着某种契合关系,将正念与体育锻炼结合起来是十分有必要的。本文通过查找文献资料,逻辑分析以及进行案例分析,介绍了正念训练的概念及其研究现状,比较体育锻炼与正念训练对锻炼者心理健康的影响,论证了正念训练对体育锻炼者的心理健康是能够带来积极的影响。     

"势不两立"还是"相得益彰":领导下属正念一致性与创新绩效

基于角色理论,从领导—下属正念一致性出发,探讨了其对员工创新绩效的作用机制,并分析了工作幸福感的中介作用,揭开了领导—下属正念一致性与员工创新绩效关系的"黑箱"。通过领导和下属配对的问卷收集方式,分2个时间点收集了上海、合肥、长沙、深圳和武汉等地136份领导数据和312份员工数据。研究结果表明:(1)相较于"领导低—下属低"正念一致,在"领导高—下属高"正念一致的情况下,员工的创新绩效更高。(2)相较于"领导高—下属低"正念不一致,在领导低—"下属高"正念不一致的情况下,员工的创新绩效更高。(3)领导与下属的正念越一致,员工的创新绩效越高。(4)员工工作幸福感在领导—下属正念一致性与创新绩效之间起中介作用。     

不同学校类型大学生人际信任、自我和谐、心理幸福感的关系研究

本文探讨了人际信任、自我和谐与心理幸福感的关系。对343名大学生的调查结果表明:(1)学校类型和自我和谐对心理幸福感有预测作用;(2)自我和谐与心理幸福感及其各维度显著相关;(3)心理幸福感在师范与非师范类大学生中差异显著。

职场排斥对员工主动性行为的作用机制——自我损耗的中介效应和认同导向的调节效应

基于自我损耗理论和自我认同导向理论整合的视角,探讨了职场排斥对员工主动性行为的作用机制。通过对多阶段—多来源的230对上下级配对数据进行分析,结果发现:(1)职场排斥对员工主动性行为具有显著的抑制作用;(2)职场排斥会通过自我损耗的中介作用,对员工的主动性行为产生间接的消极影响;(3)集体认同导向和关系认同导向对职场排斥与自我损耗之间的关系起正向调节作用;(4)个体认同导向对自我损耗和主动性行为之间的关系起正向调节作用;(5)集体认同导向、关系认同导向和个体认同导向能调节自我损耗在职场排斥与员工主动性行为之间的中介作用,表现为有调节的中介作用。研究不仅拓展了职场排斥的研究视角,也为企业的职场排斥和员工主动性行为管理提供了新思路。

创新性过程投入的前因与后果

本文依托认知理论和自我调节理论构建了一个混合效应模型,考察了创新性过程投入的影响因素与影响效果。2个时点的问卷数据分析结果显示:(1)创造性思维正向影响员工突破式创新能力;(2)创新性过程投入在创造性思维和员工突破式创新能力之间扮演中介作用;(3)通过改变创造性思维与过程投入的关系,创新自我效能对创造性思维通过过程投入对突破式创新能力产生的间接效应起到调节作用;(4)进一步,通过改变过程投入与突破式创新能力的关系,创新自我效能对创造性思维通过过程投入应对突破式创新能力产生的间接效应起到调节作用。     

新世纪土壤学的社会需求与发展

论述了新世纪中国土壤学的社会需求,提出食物安全仍然是土壤学要关注的首要问题。食物安全所包括的数量安全、质量安全、经济安全和生态安全都与土壤质量和土壤利用直接相关。提出了我国土壤学在今后要关注和试图解决的几个科学问题:(1)土壤质量新概念的建立;(2)土壤圈与其它圈层的物质和能量交换理论;(3)可变电荷土壤特性;(4)土壤高强度利用与环境协调理论。     

正念能否产生工作场所创新绩效

随着越来越多的企业将正念引入工作场所,学者们逐渐开始关注正念如何改善员工绩效的作用机制。近些年逐渐有学者提出正念对员工创新绩效的促进作用,在现有的研究基础之上,构建了"正念——创新绩效"影响机制模型,并结合焦虑/不确定性管理理论,拟定了2个中介变量——心理弹性和认知偏差,提出了2个调节变量——环境不确定性和不确定性规避。为了验证以上假设,使用问卷对3家科技公司的458名科研人员进行了调查,研究结果总体上符合本研究的假设预期。     

当代中国家庭教育现代化事业发展的典型考察报告

本文叙述了深圳市宝安区家庭教育现代化事业的发展历程和宝安区家庭教育现代化工程的主要做法,将其主要经验概括为：创新家庭教育工作管理体制;制定和完善家庭教育工作规划;努力促进家庭、学校、社区＂三教＂结合;建设一支专兼结合的家庭教育师资队伍;不断提高家长学校的办学质量;以科研引领家庭教育事业的发展。笔者还建议广东省委省政府推广宝安区家庭教育现代化工程的经验。     

科技服务业研究综述

团队承诺影响研发人员创造力的实证研究:知识共享为中介变量

研发人员创造力是企业赢得竞争优势的关键驱动因素.通过对国内多个城市183名IT企业研发人员的调查,以知识共享为中介变量,实证研究了团队承诺影响研发人员创造力的作用机制.结果表明,研发人员的情感承诺正向影响其知识共享行为,并进而正向影响其创造力.持续承诺也显著影响研发人员创造力,但它对知识共享行为及创造力均具有负向影响.知识共享的中介效应显著.最后,对企业HRM实践提出相应指导,给出结论与展望.     

正念理论在高职护生内科实训教学中的应用研究

为提高高职护生内科实训水平,减轻心理压力,培养优质护理人才,该文对正念理念在高职护生内科实训教学中的应用进行了研究。首先运用正念理论,分析当前护生在情绪、职业认同感、幸福指数等方面存在的问题。其次,通过问卷调查法,掌握当前高职护生内科实训教学现状。最后,重点针对教学过程中存在的问题,从情绪管理、正念观念的培养以及正念在实训教学中的开展三方面出发,提出了正念理论的应用策略。     

Black and white transparency: contradictions of a moral metaphor

Transparency has evolved from an individual, dangerous power in Plato to a desirable, collective property in the contemporary world. This paper intends to give a brief account of this long and somehow surprising path and extract some interesting consequences for economic and political activities, as well as for information technologies. Six literary masterpieces are used to highlight the contradictions and dangers entailed by the abuse of the fascinating metaphor of transparency. In the end, what is usually intended when demanding transparency from a corporation, a firm or a state is more (or more accessible) information about it, i.e., understandable and abundant black and white data. This means reporting, picturing, producing material, becoming apparent, which is precisely the contrary of being transparent. We don’t want to look through, but to look directly at. The question, then, is not transparency, but opacity: what do we need and want to see, and how is this going to be produced?

[目的/意义] 对信息系统领域的正念觉知相关研究进行梳理和总结,为研究者提供思路和方向。[方法/过程] 将研究问题归纳为正念觉知应用于缓解压力和成瘾治疗的研究、正念觉知应用于提高信息系统可靠性的研究、正念觉知应用于提升技术接受意愿和用户满意的研究3个方面,分析各方面研究成果。[结果/结论] 现有研究存在研究内容可拓展、未考虑负面问题、概念拓展依据不明确、忽视文化因素等不足之处,未来研究可在这些方面取得进展。

Securing online accounts and assets: An examination of personal investments and protection motivation

This paper examines how personal investment influence the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) for securing online accounts. We draw from the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) that accounts for intrapersonal factors that increase one’s understanding of their threat and coping mechanisms and, subsequently, their motivation to protect such investments. We integrate size of investment – the amount of time, effort, and other personal resources that an individual has put into their online account. Based on PMT’s framework, we develop a research model that examines the influence of investment size as an information source that initiates and builds threat and coping appraisals. The model is tested with a survey of 263 responses, and the result shows that investment size influences threat and coping appraisals, which in turn increases MFA protection motivation and use. These results highlight the importance of eliciting individuals’ personal investments in order to improve their protective security behaviors.     

Switching to online learning during COVID-19: Theorizing the role of IT mindfulness and techno eustress for facilitating productivity and creativity in student learning

Online learning environments facilitate improved student learning by offering IT tools to enhance student productivity- and creativity-in-learning. COVID-19 impacted social-distancing measures forced an abrupt switch to online learning in most universities, putting immense pressure on the students to creatively adapt to new ways of online learning. Despite the purported positives of online learning, in the COVID-19 scenario, students reported mixed outcomes. While some students could adapt to the ‘new normal’, others struggled to adjust to the transformed IT-enabled learning scenario. Grounding our work in IT mindfulness literature, we posit that an IT-enabled learning environment may have differential impact on students’ productivity- and creativity-in-learning, depending on the extent of their IT mindfulness. Besides leveraging the mindfulness-to-meaning theory, we hypothesize the mediating role of techno eustress in the relationship between student IT mindfulness and learning effectiveness. We test the theorized model through data collected via a two-wave survey in a university student population exclusively using IT-enabled learning environments during the pandemic lockdown period. Results indicate that IT mindfulness has significant positive relationships with both productivity- and creativity-in- learning. Moreover, these relationships are mediated by the students’ techno eustress perceptions. Theoretical and practical implications arising from our study are also discussed.     

Learning interpretable word embeddings via bidirectional alignment of dimensions with semantic concepts

We propose bidirectional imparting or BiImp, a generalized method for aligning embedding dimensions with concepts during the embedding learning phase. While preserving the semantic structure of the embedding space, BiImp makes dimensions interpretable, which has a critical role in deciphering the black-box behavior of word embeddings. BiImp separately utilizes both directions of a vector space dimension: each direction can be assigned to a different concept. This increases the number of concepts that can be represented in the embedding space. Our experimental results demonstrate the interpretability of BiImp embeddings without making compromises on the semantic task performance. We also use BiImp to reduce gender bias in word embeddings by encoding gender-opposite concepts (e.g., male–female) in a single embedding dimension. These results highlight the potential of BiImp in reducing biases and stereotypes present in word embeddings. Furthermore, task or domain-specific interpretable word embeddings can be obtained by adjusting the corresponding word groups in embedding dimensions according to task or domain. As a result, BiImp offers wide liberty in studying word embeddings without any further effort.
