基于终身教育理念的社区教育品牌设计维度分析

社区教育作为公共产品和教育形式,具有独特的属性.除政治和经济功能外,社区教育还具有育人、资源整合、文化、服务的功能.根据珠三角地区发展社区教育形成的特色和经验,社区教育品牌设计应关注明确办学定位、品牌项目推动、优质社区资源整合、品牌识别及传播和严格的质量保证体系五个维度.     

珠三角电大系统开展社区教育的现状调查

以“问卷＋访谈”的方式研究了珠三角地区电大系统开展社区教育的工作现状。结果表明：各级电大开展社区教育取得了成效,拓展了办学空间,增加了电大的社会影响力和经济效益,部分电大的社区教育形成了自身的特色品牌。与此同时,社区教育的开展存在认识不统一、经费来源单一、投入不足和政策保障缺失等问题,需要提升电大自身对发展社区教育重要性的认识,加大宣传,提升社区居民对社区教育认知度以及政府主管部门对社区的教育重视度。
