网络教学平台满意度影响因素研究

本文以江西九江学院在校大学生为研究对象,学习风格和大五人格特质为调节变量,平台的可靠性、系统的导航性、内容的丰富性、界面的友好性和页面的美观性以及学习者对教育的多方式满意为自变量,建立了网络教学平台满意度模型。运用Amos20.0和Spss17.0对收集到的368份有效问卷进行信度、效度分析和验证性因素分析,检验结构方程模型的假设。采用分组回归和层次回归的方法对学习风格和人格特质的调节作用进行检验。研究结果表明:网络教学平台的可靠性、导航性、丰富性、友好性、美观性与满意度显著正相关,多方式满意与满意度负相关;学习风格对满意度与平台的可靠性、系统的导航性、内容的丰富性、界面的友好性、页面的美观性、多方式满意的关系有部分调节作用;除了尽责性,大五人格特质对平台的可靠性、系统的导航性、内容的丰富性、界面的友好性、页面的美观性、多方式满意与满意度的关系有部分调节作用。
