航海专业军士一体化专业技能训练体系的构建

针对航海专业军士在专业技能培养过程中存在的重复训练、技能缺失和标准不一的问题,海军士官学校通过航海专业一体化专业技能训练体系四个递进层次的构建,优化了专业技能训练体系,强化了专业技能训练环节,改革了专业技能训练模式,提升了专业技能训练效果,培养的军士人才更加贴近部队、贴近岗位、贴近实战,对航海类军士技能训练改革具有建设性意义。

针对传统实验室进行航海实践性教学中存在的某些弊端,提出建立航海训练综合实验室,以提高航海教学训练效果。通过计算机功能模拟软件,结合船舶实时运动模型,建立基于电子海图技术的航海综合训练系统,实现综合航海作业、导航仪综合操作及雷达导航定位训练;建立磁罗经自差测定与消除模拟训练系统,通过船舶运动模块实时控制系统模拟叠标旋转,实现动态环境下磁罗经自差测消及目标方位、舷角测定训练;通过多媒体教学软件,结合计算机大屏幕投影,实现课程一体化多媒体教学。     

综合航海自动化系统中的串口通讯分系统的研究

运用计算机技术及军事航海理论，研制了综合航海自动化系统，并且在舰艇部队训练中得以具体应用。串口通信分系统是综合航海自动化系统的重要组成部分，本详尽阐述了该分系统实现的基本原理、技术、功能特点及其在航海自动化系统中的应用，对于了解该系统的有关情况具有参考价值。     

航行保障与操纵训练实验室建设

航海作业、导航定位、船舶操纵是海运院校船舶驾驶专业学生必须具备的专业技能。针对传统实验室在航行保障、舰舶操纵等教学与训练中的某些弊端,建设集航海作业、导航定位、船舶操纵等一体的综合实验室,实现航海导航保障、船舶航行操纵的综合训练。通过计算机功能模拟软件、自动舵模拟操纵训练系统,结合船舶实时运动模型,建立基于电子海图技术的航行保障与船舶操纵综合训练系统,实现综合航海作业、导航定位及船舶模拟操纵训练;并通过多媒体教学软件,结合计算机大屏幕投影,实现多媒体教学,以提高教学训练效果。

回顾"十二五"时期军队院校实验室的建设历程,分析了互联网+、工业4.0、大数据、物联网等信息技术发展对实验室建设的深刻影响,阐述了我军使命任务拓展、军事斗争准备、实战化训练等赋予军队院校实验室的"在实验室研究战争、在实验室里学习战争、在实验室里设计战争、在实验室打赢战争"新任务,以及新形势下军事职业教育体系构建、跨入军事教育4.0时代给军队院校实验室建设带来的新挑战。在此基础上,提出了军队院校实验室必须坚持信息主导、高端引领、融合发展的建设理念,研究了突出重点实验室建设、提升教学实验中心水平、创新实验室建设形态和加强实验室信息化管理的相关措施。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
