道德冲突作为一种特殊的道德选择形式,与一般的道德选择相比,情况要错综复杂得多.在道德冲突中进行选择,困难也会大大增加,使人们难以把握.所以道德冲突问题应受到应有的重视.它的解决对于人们在复杂的道德关系中作出正确的选择、走出道德困境有着重要意义.本文拟就道德冲突的发生条件及如何解决道德冲突问题作一些探讨

人生一世,要不断面临困境是无可置疑的.而且,往往人要面对的是跌宕起伏、险象环生的境遇。尤其在道德生活中,那些由多重矛盾交织而成的道德冲突,常逼使人走入困境而难寻出路。而在道德冲突的诸种情形中,“两难”现象的存在最为典型,亦最为棘手。本文拟就道德冲突这一特殊形式发生的内在机理及我们应当或可能做出的选择进行探析,旨在对今天愈发频繁而突出的道德“两难”现象提供一些思考。

人们在生活中常常会遇见一种情况：一种行为符合一种道德准则,但同时又违反了另一种准则,主体必须要在相互冲突的道德准则之间作出一定的选择,这就引起了其内心的冲突,会感到焦虑、不安、痛苦。事实上,个体只要遇到有关需要、责任、利益等方面的问题,就会或多或少地需要进行比较、判断和选择,以做出符合一定社会及个人价值取向的道德决策。对于这样一种很普遍的现象,理论界却没有给予足够的关注和重视。事实上,对个体的道德决策加以分析和研究,能够深化有关品德形成和发展规律的认识。     

我国社会道德选择的现状及其原因

道德选择是指在一定的道德意识支配下，根据某种道德标准在不同的价值准则或善恶冲突之间所作的自觉自愿的选择，在社会主义市场经济条件下，人们在解决了温饱问题的基础上，道德领域中的种种冲突日益明显，道德选择问题也就更急切地摆在了人们的面前，我国当前道德选择的突出特点是：道德选择可能性扩大，道德选择状况呈现多层次性，道德选择主体意识觉醒及非理性选择现象的存在，这是由道德价值冲突，现实社会经济关系等原因决定的。     

价值观的变迁与思想道德教育创新

经济、社会的快速发展与转型带来青年学生价值观的变迁与冲突,思想道德教育也应该有相应的变化与调整。面对文化多元和价值冲突的道德困境,人格教养意义凸显,良好的道德人格既可以抵御各种不良社会习气的外在诱惑,又可以在道德相对主义和道德虚无主义的冲击下保持人的内在品性。人格教养的重要方面就是精神空间的去蔽与敞开。具体的实现途径包括：提高道德教育的层次、追寻教育的本体;引导、培养青年学生读书、读好书;重视劳动教育等。     

论道德选择中的价值冲突

道德选择作为人类重要的认识活动，往往面临着不同价值观的影响，表现在道德主体的内在冲突、同一价值体系内的道德选择引发的价值冲突、不同价值体系之间的道德选择及其价值冲突等，正确认识和把握这些问题，对于处理不同价值观之间的对立或冲突有着积极的意义。     

当代青年道德人格的困境、时代要求及其培养

本以现代社会的发展为背景，探讨了当代青年的道德困惑和道德失范现象及原因，提出培育与时代发展相适应的道德人格，培养他们的道德主体精神，提高他们的道德修养，是使青年走出道德冲突与困惑的关键所在，并对如何培育青年的道德人格进行了分析。     

道德直觉:“隐逻辑”的思想政治课“无意识”德育范型

基于直觉的道德判断,或谓之道德直觉,即道德主体在意会道德概念、价值规范等理性认知与厚积道德经验、伦理实践等道德图式的基础上,经由道德隐喻、虚拟移情等,对某一具体道德情境内蕴的伦理关系做出瞬时间、自动化、隐逻辑的把握与评价的一种道德认识范型与价值判断选择能力。《生活与哲学》"价值判断与价值选择"一节教学中,尝试借由价值比较、鉴别与选择过程的体验、价值判断、选择与践行冲突实例的剖析等施以"隐逻辑"的思想政治课"无意识"德育:建构"道德图式",厚积基于意象观照的直觉敏感;基于决断"隐逻辑",促发直觉抉择的"无意识"驱动。
