《个人信息保护法》对图书馆信息服务的影响及对策探讨

针对即将出台的《个人信息保护法》对图书馆信息服务中用户信息的保护,根据基本立法原则,分析了图书馆信息服务中可能存在的侵害用户信息安全的行为,总结了《个人信息保护法》对图书馆信息服务所涉及的用户信息收集、分析利用、存储传播等过程的影响,并从立法保护、机制改革、技术改进等方面探讨了适用的对策。     

中文图书全面数字化的尝试

介绍了北京化工大学图书馆在中文电子图书资源建设方面所进行的尝试和探索,对其开展的中文图书数字化工程的意义、实施过程、效益进行了阐述,并从资源整合、版权问题、硬件投入、采访策略等几个方面总结经验。     

高校图书馆学科馆员工作创新 -兼谈南开大学图书馆开展学科馆员工作的经验

回顾了国内外学科馆员制度的缘起和现状,对南开大学图书馆开展这一工作的过程、方法等方面进行了介绍,通过实例并运用团队组织、组织文化等理念对实施这一制度的管理方式和评估体系进行了探讨。     

专业化:从北美经验看中国图书馆教育的改进

回顾了北美图书馆员专业教育发展的几个重要阶段,并据此就中国图书馆员专业教育改进提出了三点建议。认为中国应当重视图书馆工作的专业性质,中国图书馆员教育应当提高到硕士水平,图书馆教育应当强调专业能力培训。     

PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT WITH ISSUES ON THE PUBLIC AGENDA

When a poll respondent is asked to name the most important problemfacing the country, why is that the most important problem tothat individual? Does concern arise from self-interest, peerinfluence, a sense of civic obligation, or what? Using a setof seven questions developed to measure personal motivationsfor concern about a specific problem, this study examined datafrom two Texas Polls, one in 1992 when the economy dominatedthe public agenda, another from 1996 when crime and the economyshared the public agenda. The results indicate a stable patternof motivation. There is a high degree of similarity in the relativesalience overall of the motives in the two years, in the relativesalience of the motives linked to economic issues in both years,and in the relative salience of the motives for three otherissues examined individually in 1996.
