It is argued that traditional school-oriented education system is not enough for information society whose driving force lies in information and knowledge.In this kind of society,every citizen needs to learn continuously what he or she wants to learn.Life-long education system is an altemative to help everybody regardless of sex,age,vocation,and location of residence to enjoy learning opportunities .For this life-long education is expected to breakdown the barriers between all the types of education.It is important to note that distance and open learning is crucially required for the realization of life-long education.Repub-

LiuDongshan in JiuYueJi written by Song Maocheng plays very important roles in the assessment of his status in the history of classical Chinese novels and also in the reunderstanding of the value of the late Ming classical Chinese novels. In the novel, the warrior＇s constant existence crisis in the dangerous wide world is emphasized, and the idea that those with high Martial arts should not be showy is proposed. The value that the loser should retire automatically from the wide world proposed in this novel not only has far-reaching effect on the formation of the rule that skill speaks louder than anything else in wide world but also arouses serious thinking about the relationship between warriors and the wide world.

Abstract： School moral culture construction is the core of school culture construction; the school＇s intensive development calls for moral culture construction. At present, there is generally a lack of moral guidance in schools; the holistic construction of moral culture is neglected; and the means of moral education is monotonic, which leads to poor moral atmosphere at schools. There exist immoral phenomena. To explore the inevitable orientation of school moral culture construction and to solve the problems in moral culture construction, it is necessary to cultivate both the teacher and the student＇s consciousness of moral culture through multi-channels, returning to life moral education, constructing moral community, and implementing moral culture construction in the open fields.

Social background changing greatly and problems existing in the housing accumulation fund （HAF）, HAF cannot support the ＂market supply and government guarantee＂ double-track housing accumulation system very well. The HAF reform should aim at supporting the cause of public rental housing （PRH）. As far as the government sup-ply, HAF should be the important source for building public rental houses, and as far as the ＂sandwich＂ people＇s renting and living demands, it is the important and steady source of rents, too.
