本文结合当前我国新型城镇化和媒介融合加速推进的现实,对我国城乡居民的利益诉求与媒介接触情况进行了实证调查。调查发现,城乡居民的媒介接触和利益诉求呈现出碎片化与集中化并存的发展态势,电视仍是当前我国城乡居民获取新闻的主渠道。务实理性、急需引导是城乡居民表达自身利益诉求的基本特征。  相似文献

现代社会逐渐由乡土社会迈入陌生人社会,而虚拟网络已成为完全的陌生人社会。现实社会中的契约、法律、责任与信任结束在网络完全陌生人社会中的作用也被削弱了。而最原始的利益诉求更适于整合网络陌生人社会的秩序,担负利益诉求这一功能角色的即为网络新闻评论。评论以利益牵引整合出网络陌生人社会复杂但清晰的脉络,而这恰是公共领域的构建雏形。  相似文献

大众传媒忠实地宣传党和政府的各项方针政策,是其应尽的职责;真实地反映人民的呼声,也是其作为人民喉舌的应有之义,这也正是建设和谐社会之道。但实践中,大众传媒在反映群众利益诉求时,存在片面迎合(微观)与反映不足(宏观)两种极端。应提倡媒体用新闻理性把握群众呼声与利益诉求,加大对普通人命运的关注,成为和谐社会建设的黏合剂。  相似文献

民国时期香烟广告数量众、形式多,代表当时广告最高水平。以在我国影响范围大、发行时间长的《申报》上的香烟广告为研究对象,可以发现,香烟广告的创意诉求丰富多彩,但其诉求却始终围绕"利益"进行,有使用利益,经济利益,还有情感利益。每种利益诉求在不同的广告中表现形式各不相同,形成了核心突出、形式丰富之香烟广告风格,对当时其他行业的广告和后来的香烟广告产生了很大的影响。  相似文献

“一带一路”专题数据库作为“一带一路”建设发展的重要平台,已经到了深耕细作的关键阶段。对其利益相关者进行分析,能提高专题库的可持续性与稳定性。文章通过文献调研法与专家访谈法对专题库的利益相关者进行识别,分析其角色与利益诉求;在此基础上采用专家评分的方式构建不同生命周期阶段的权力-利益矩阵,由此得到核心、中间和边缘三类利益相关者,并进一步分析其动态演变情况。研究发现,“一带一路”专题数据库有资助者、政府及相关部门、图书馆、科研机构和科研人员等12类利益相关者,建议厘清各利益相关者的角色定位,分类制定管理措施;关注权力-利益矩阵动态演变,实现精细化管理;重视图书馆的参与,充分发挥其信息职能。  相似文献

做新闻报道,首先得自己把事实弄清楚了,才能明白地告诉别人。记者看到的、听到的会比一般人都多些,这是做好新闻的基础,但每个新闻事件的发生,都难免有错综复杂的背景和密集交织的关系,监督类新闻事件更是如此。因此,记者在采写这类报道时,必须把握好“度”。应该从国家法律政策、当前的实际情况、当事人各自不同的利益诉求等方面,小心求证,深入剖析,注意表述的分寸,切忌偏激片面,对某一方诉求在叙述中不要轻易做出评判结论。  相似文献

Evidence from literature reveals that good governance practices influence citizens' attitudes and behaviours towards the government. Therefore, grounded on the good governance theory, the current study aimed to empirically examine how good governance practices promote public trust with the underlying mechanism of perceived government response on COVID-19 (PGRC) and moderating role of government agency's provision of quality information on social media (GQS). The data was collected from 491 followers of the Facebook account, Instagram, and Twitter pages of a government news agency, i.e., Associated Press of Pakistan and were analyzed using measurement and structural model by employing SmartPls 3.3.0. The results revealed a direct and indirect association of good governance practices with the public's trust in government via PGRC as mediator. Likewise, results showed that GQS interacts with PGRC and augments public trust in government. This study tried to contribute to the body of knowledge while addressing the gap related to the dearth of literature regarding government use of ICT during the COVID-19 pandemic to harvest benefits from social media while communicating with citizens on a larger scale. Moreover, the current study offers valuable practical and strategical recommendations to agencies and policymakers.  相似文献

Social media such as blogs, microblogs or electronic social networks can transform the ways in which we relate to other people and organizations. Government organizations are experimenting with social media to communicate with their constituents, and many analysts see in these media a powerful set of tools to reinvent government–citizen relationships. In this paper, we present the perceptions of risks, benefits and strategic guidelines about social media applications gathered from 250 public servants from Central Mexico, most of them working in information technology, as web masters or responding to Freedom of Information Act requests. The conclusions of the analysis are 1) that governments' participation in social media may result in improved communication and citizen participation, more transparency, and transfer of best practices among government agencies; 2) that a good implementation strategy is necessary to realize these benefits and to avoid risks; and 3) that the implementation of social media highlights the importance of updating laws and regulations, and of promoting changes in government culture and organizational practices.  相似文献

Although work-family benefits are increasingly important organizational policies, limited research addresses the impact of communication on benefit utilization. However, communication is significant because the perceived appropriateness of work-family benefits emerges through interaction. For example, when coworkers complain about "picking up the slack" for those using family leave, their discourse may impact future decisions of other workers regarding whether they utilize the work-family benefits available to them. We apply Giddens' (1984) Structuration Theory to examine organizational members' discursive responses to conditions (and contradictions) present in utilizing work-family benefits in a governmental organization. We argue the daily discursive practices of individuals can either reinforce or undermine formally stated work-family initiatives, and in turn discuss the implications of this "structuration" of policy.  相似文献

This article analyses the transnational production processes of foreign correspondence in the Cold War. It examines the double role of foreign correspondents as reporters and Cold War political agents. Recent scholarship has explored the activities of Western correspondents reporting from the Communist world. Little is known, however, about Eastern bloc correspondents in the West. Drawing on the rarely studied files on East German foreign correspondents held by the Deutsches Rundfunkarchiv, the article problematizes the image of GDR journalists as obedient intelligence officers and highlights the dilemmas of journalists deployed to defend national interests. Focusing on the Nordic countries in the mid1970s, the article provides detailed insights into the politics and practices of East German foreign correspondence before the digital revolution. The article thus shows the benefits of going beyond the traditional focus on media content to analyse the daily practices as well as the political and symbolic significance of journalism. It contributes to the growing historical research on foreign correspondents and the media in East Germany and beyond.  相似文献

Academic libraries are experiencing significant changes, and leadership plays an essential role in successfully implementing those changes. The study analyzed the leadership practices in academic libraries in Pakistan's twin cities (Islamabad and Rawalpindi). Another important purpose of the study was to shed light on the adopted practices in decision-making and motivating staff. The qualitative research approach was used to achieve the objectives. A structured interview method was employed to collect data from twenty chief librarians or directors of university libraries in Rawalpindi and Islamabad (twin cities). A purposive sampling technique was used. Open-ended questions were used to collect the data by considering the research objectives. The consent was taken from the selected LIS professionals as prior permission for the interview. NVivo was used to analyze the data, which was then presented using thematic content analysis. The findings revealed that most university library leaders were practising and following the participatory leadership style, also known as democratic leadership.The study will create awareness among academic professionals about the adopted leadership styles and practices and the benefits that can be obtained by implementing them. It will also attract the attention of associated bodies towards this dilemma and result in a positive initiative to build leadership skills in LIS professionals. To our knowledge, no prior study has been conducted to analyze the leadership practices in academic libraries in the Twin Cities, Pakistan. This study will fill that niche.  相似文献

This article provides a case study of librarians being assigned the responsibility of providing academic advising to undeclared students at a mid-sized public university. The experience of academic advising as librarians is explored as well as challenges, benefits, best practices and next steps. The implications and impact of advising on library work is discussed. For the most part, the librarians found that academic advising dovetailed well with the culture of librarianship.  相似文献
