通过对广东高职院校的人才培养现状进行统计分析,深度挖掘广东高职院校人才培养的社会适应性现状,为广东高职院校提供相应的人才培养依据。虽然广东高职院校人才培养取得了一定的成就,但人才培养思想观念、人才培养目标、人才培养过程及人才培养结果等仍存在需改进的地方。     

后金融危机时代高职会计人才培养探析

为把握高职教育人才培养的研究现状,以2004-2014之间发表的高职教育人才培养的期刊论文为实验数据,借助共词分析方法中的聚类分析与多维尺度分析对高职教育人才培养的研究热点、结构和发展方向进行了分析,概括出了高职教育人才培养的四个研究热点:高职技能型人才培养研究、校企合作人才培养模式研究、高职技术技能型人才培养质量监控体系研究和工学结合的实践教学模式研究,并指出了各研究热点之间的关联关系和新兴的发展方向。
