文学语言“陌生化”的要义是解构语言能指与所指间习惯性、固定性、自动化的意指关系，摆脱由语言建立起来的习以为常的知觉经验，把语言置于重新命名的背景中，借以重构它的感性内涵，形成新的意义指向。

Deconstruction as Narrative Interruption

Because of the way it prioritizes interruption and calls into question the very possibility of producing coherent, selfcontained narratives, the deconstructive work of Jacques Derrida is often thought to be intrinsically anti-narrative in its very structure; and yet there are those who insist that, to the contrary, deconstruction is a narrative exercise through and through. I maintain that both interpretive approaches fall prey to a serious misunderstanding of deconstruction. I will show that deconstruction should be viewed neither as a simple affirmation nor negation of narrative but rather as a radical perplexity in the face of narrative. Indeed, any serious engagement with deconstruction requires that we call into question the very nature, function, and limits of narrative practice.     

Bangladesh: recognizing adolescents as a great resource

This article presents the initiatives undertaken by the government and other organizations to improve adolescent reproductive health in Bangladesh. The Health and Population Sector Programme under the 5-year Health and Population Sector Strategy (HPSS) of Bangladesh targeted married youth and soon-to-be-married adolescents. It has provided training of field workers so they can provide health services in an adolescent-friendly atmosphere. The Government has also collaborated with nongovernmental organizations and agencies that could help in the formulation of well-planned policy for adolescent health. These agencies include the UN International Children's Emergency Fund, UN Population Fund and WHO. In addition, on-going multisectoral coordination of various sectors, such as education, labor law and justice, youth and social affairs, has been developed and has contributed to the success of the Programme.

课程资源开发和利用是课程改革关注的重点,学校和教师需要对课程资源做观念上的更新,建立现代的、科学的、视野广阔的课程资源观。课程资源的开发要以学生的发展和教师专业提升为价值取向,扩大学校课程资源开发的范畴。学校要关注校本的课程资源开发和管理,形成课程资源开发的有效途径。     

Towards better teaching: productive pedagogy as a framework for teacher education

In this paper, we explore Productive Pedagogy (PP) as a framework for enhancing teacher education. Reporting results from a study involving student teachers’ application of the four principles of PP during an internship, we consider whether PP brings a firmer knowledge base to their work. Based on our analysis of the data, we argue for a more fundamental reorganisation of teacher education to fully integrate PP, if the framework is to have a significant and lasting impact on graduates’ teaching. Such a shift requires a reassessment of teacher education priorities to focus more on the substance and purposes of teaching.

Designing interdisciplinary instruction: exploring disciplinary and conceptual differences as a resource

This article presents a “telling case” of an interdisciplinary, team-teaching experience that explores how participants eschewed ethnocentricism of their fields of study in order to learn from each other, while providing instruction to students and analysing data collected from the class (a graduate course on literature and pedagogy). Through the process, the participants (a professor of English education and a professor of literature) ground the perspectives of literary interpretation in their field of study and languaculture, and developed a conceptual framework that guided their interactions and analysis of the discursive actions of the class. An ethnographic perspective served as the conceptual frame and informed how the participants observed, described, and developed claims about classroom interactions. Through this study, the participants answer calls for more examples of how faculty in higher education engage in interdisciplinary teaching and research and the need for faculty to develop conceptual ethnographic frameworks for their collaborations.     

Families Learn Together: Reconceptualizing Linguistic Diversity as a Resource

While a growing number of diverse children are entering U.S. schools, misconceptions remain regarding language acquisition. Analysis of weekly interactions in an urban children’s playgroup in the South reveals how the concept of language diversity as a deficit is still widespread. Mothers of young children still believed that efforts to learn multiple languages diminish a child’s ability to learn other things. Conversely, research points to multilingualism as a resource rather than a deficit. Findings indicate that interactions among mothers and children, mediated by the researcher, combined with observations of one child’s bilingual development allowed mothers and young children to rethink their beliefs regarding linguistic diversity. They began recognizing that bilingualism/multilingualism adds to the lives of all children.     

解构与重构:我国公立高校与政府的行政法律关系

高等学校具有三种主体资格,即作为行政相对人的高校、作为民事主体的高校和作为行政主体的高校。高校与政府的法律关系,是基于高校作为行政相对人与政府作为行政主体的行政法律关系。现实的教育管理中,高校与政府的权利(力)配置呈现出不平衡的状态。高校与政府行政法律关系的变革应以“平衡论”为指导,通过法定的方式,使二者权利(力)义务的设定达到对应。     

全球化背景下的高等教育管理:解构中的重构

随着全球化成为一种人类社会生存新常态,各国为获得强有力的全球能力,参与全球竞争,开始重新检视高等教育,导致高等教育管理原有模式发生隐性解构,并逐步在解构中重构新模式。高等教育管理模式发生解构的原因包括三个方面:新自由主义思潮的加速蔓延,高等教育本质和功能的隐性嬗变以及教育国际化理念的日趋渗透。高等教育管理模式重构呈现独有特征,即管理权力集中化和分裂化趋势共存,管理焦点监管与效能并重,政府管理角色干预与放任兼顾。探讨高等教育管理模式重构过程中,在教育公平性、管理效能、职业自主性和社会关系等方面出现新挑战,对中国的高等教育发展有所启示。

Video as a tool for fostering productive discussions in mathematics professional development

This article explores the use of classroom video as a tool for fostering productive discussions about teaching and learning. The setting for our research is a 2-year mathematics professional development program, based on the Problem-Solving Cycle model. This model relies on video from the teachers’ own classrooms and emphasizes creating a community in which members feel comfortable learning from video. We describe our experiences carrying out the Problem-Solving Cycle model, focusing on our use of video, our efforts to promote a supportive and analytical environment, and the ways in which teachers’ conversations around video developed over a 2-year period.
