Communication delays in networked control systems (NCSs) has been shown to have non-uniform distribution and multifractal nature. This paper proposes a delay distribution based stability analysis and synthesis approach for NCSs with non-uniform distribution characteristics of network communication delays. A stochastic control model related with the characteristics of communication networks is established to describe the NCSs. Then, delay distribution-dependent NCS stability criteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Also, the maximum allowable upper delay bound and controller feedback gain can be obtained simultaneously from the developed approach by solving a constrained convex optimization problem. Numerical examples showed that the results derived from the proposed method are less conservativeness than those derived from the existing methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we address the sampling and control issues for switched linear systems. Under synchronous switching and piecewise constant control, a continuous-time switched system is naturally related to a discrete-time sampled-data system. We prove that, with almost any sampling rate, the controllable subspace will be preserved for a switched linear system. We also investigate the possibility of achieving controllability using regular switching mechanisms. We show that, to achieve controllability for a switched linear system, it is sufficient to use cyclic and synchronous switching paths and constant control laws.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of non-fragile guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain stochastic nonlinear time-delay systems. The parametric uncertainties are assumed to be time-varying and norm bounded. The time-delay factors are unknown and time-varying with known bounds. The aim of this paper is to design a memoryless non-fragile state feedback control law such that the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable in the mean square for all admissible parameter uncertainties and the closed-loop cost function value is not more than a specified upper bound. A new sufficient condition for the existence of such controllers is presented based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. Then, a convex optimization problem is formulated to select the optimal guaranteed cost controller which minimizes the upper bound of the closed-loop cost function. Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques.  相似文献

This paper focuses on robust adaptive sliding mode control for discrete-time state-delay systems with mismatched uncertainties and external disturbances. The uncertainties and disturbances are assumed to be norm-bounded but the bound is not necessarily known. Sufficient conditions for the existence of linear sliding surfaces are derived within the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) framework by employing the free weighting matrices proposed in He et al. (2008) [3], by which the corresponding adaptive controller is also designed to guarantee the state variables to converge into a residual set of the origin by estimating the unknown upper bound of the uncertainties and disturbances. Also, simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the control strategy.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problems of stochastic admissibility and extended dissipativity analysis as well as state feedback controller design for interval type-2 singular systems with nonhomogeneous Markovian switching. By utilizing matrix decomposition technique to deal with the time-dependent transition rates, a sufficient condition is established to guarantee that the systems under consideration are regular, impulse-free, stochastically asymptotically stable and extended dissipative. For developing the state feedback controller in light of the obtained sufficient condition, a novel lemma is proposed inspired by Projection lemma, based on which an approach of controller design is provided. It should be pointed out that no conservatism is introduced in controller design due to the sufficiency and necessity of this lemma. Finally, simulation examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Modelling of switching systems using bond graph is a research issue. There have been many proposals in this context. However, there are many issues that need consideration. This paper proposes the concept of switched power junctions that is a generalisation of the conventional junction concept in bond graph modelling. This approach removes most of the difficulties associated with other methodologies. This method ensures that causality remains invariant during mode switching thus keeping the state vector and its dimension time invariant. Further, the switched power junction displays all feasible system modes at the same time on the same graph. This concept is further illustrated through simulation using examples of switching systems in the electrical domain.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust stabilization for uncertain discrete-time singular large-scale systems with parameter uncertainties. The system under consideration is not necessarily regular. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be time invariant, but norm-bounded. The purpose of the robust stabilization problem is to design state feedback controllers such that, for all admissible uncertainties, the closed-loop system is regular, causal and stable. In terms of strict LMIs, sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem is presented, and the parameterization of desired state feedback controllers is also given. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed design approach.  相似文献

研究了一类同时具有输入时滞以及不确定参数的关联大系统的稳定性问题.基于所谓的还原法,给出一种新的状态反馈控制器的设计方法,这种方法的不同之处在于利用了时延的大小以及反馈控制的历史信息.根据Lyapunov稳定性理论得到了系统在控制器作用下稳定的充分条件,所有条件都化成可解的标准线性矩阵不等式(LMIs)形式.最后给出了一个数值例子,说明结果的可行性,并和一般无记忆的控制器相比较,说明建立的控制器有着更好的性能.  相似文献

A problem of stabilization about uncertain networked control systems (NCSs) with random but bounded delays is discussed in this paper. By using augmented state-space method, this class of problems can be modeled as discrete-time jump linear systems governed by finite-state Markov chains. A new switched model based on probability is proposed to research problems of reliable control when actuators become ageing or partially disabled. Using improved V-K iteration algorithm, a class of reliable controllers are designed to make systems asymptotically mean square stable under several stochastic disturbances such as random time-delay and stochastic actuator failure and the maximal redundancy degree is given through this method.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a fault-tolerant control (FTC) framework for a class of nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs). Firstly, the plant is transformed into two subsystems with one of them decoupled from the system fault. Then, the nonlinear observer is designed to provide the estimation of unmeasurable state and modelling uncertainty, which are used to construct fault estimation algorithm. Considering the sampling intervals occurred by net, a fault-tolerant control method is proposed for such nonlinear NCSs using the impulsive system techniques. The controller gain and the maximum sampling interval, which make the faulty system stable are given. An example is included to show the efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper develops a unified approach for modeling and controlling mechanical systems that are constrained with general holonomic and nonholonomic constraints. The approach conceptually distinguishes and separates constraints that are imposed on the mechanical system for developing its physical structure between constraints that may be used for control purposes. This gives way to a general class of nonlinear control systems for constrained mechanical systems in which the control inputs are viewed as the permissible control forces. In light of this view, a new and simple technique for designing nonlinear state feedback controllers for constrained mechanical systems is presented. The general applicability of the approach is demonstrated by considering the nonlinear control of an underactuated system.  相似文献

This paper concerns the simultaneous fault detection and control (SFDC) problem for a class of nonlinear stochastic switched systems with time-varying state delay and parameter uncertainties. The switching signal of detector/controller unit (DCU) is assumed to be with switching delay, which results in the asynchronous switching between the subsystems and DCU. By constructing a switching strategy depending on the state and switching delays, new sufficient conditions expressed by a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is derived to design DCU gains. This problem is formulated as an H optimization problem and both mean square exponential stability and fault detection of augmented system are considered. In this paper, we develop two new model reference adaptive control (MRAC) schemes for a class of nonlinear dynamic systems that is robust with respect to an uncertain state (output) dependent nonlinear perturbations and/or external disturbances with unknown bounds. The design is based on a controller parametrization with an adaptive integral action. This paper deals with the problem of adaptive output feedback neural network controller design for a SISO non-affine nonlinear system. Since in practice all system states are not available in output measurement, an observer is designed to estimate these states. In comparison with the existing approaches, the current method does not require any information about the sign of control gain. In order to handle the unknown sign of the control direction, the Nussbaum-type function is utilized. In order to approximate the unknown nonlinear function, neural network is firstly exploited, and then to compensate the approximation error and external disturbance a robustifying term is employed. The proposed controller is designed based on strict-positive-real (SPR) Lyapunov stability theory to ensure the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. Finally, two simulation studies are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed scheme.  相似文献

A new delayed state-variable model for networked control systems is presented, upon which a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) is designed. A method of delays-estimation online is also given. A fuzzy logic with LQR controller is addressed for the difficulty on implementation of LQR in networked control systems (NCSs) with time-variant delays. Simulation results prove that the novel controller can make the system stable and robustly preserve the performance in terms of time-variant delays.  相似文献

Relevance-Based Language Models, commonly known as Relevance Models, are successful approaches to explicitly introduce the concept of relevance in the statistical Language Modelling framework of Information Retrieval. These models achieve state-of-the-art retrieval performance in the pseudo relevance feedback task. On the other hand, the field of recommender systems is a fertile research area where users are provided with personalised recommendations in several applications. In this paper, we propose an adaptation of the Relevance Modelling framework to effectively suggest recommendations to a user. We also propose a probabilistic clustering technique to perform the neighbour selection process as a way to achieve a better approximation of the set of relevant items in the pseudo relevance feedback process. These techniques, although well known in the Information Retrieval field, have not been applied yet to recommender systems, and, as the empirical evaluation results show, both proposals outperform individually several baseline methods. Furthermore, by combining both approaches even larger effectiveness improvements are achieved.  相似文献

This work is devoted to the study of symmetric control systems. It establishes a relation between internal symmetry and external one for a linear invariant control system having n real simple poles. The symmetric stabilization problem is studied using a symmetric feedback gain such that the output control stabilizes the closed-loop system. A necessary and sufficient condition is given to solve this stabilization problem for a symmetric control system (A,B,C) and a generalized symmetric control system (E,A,B,C).  相似文献
