Geometric Approximation Technique for Minimum Zone Sphericity Error

The mathematical modeling for evaluation of the sphericity error is proposed with minimum radial separation center. To obtain the minimum sphericity error from the form data, a geometric approximation technique was devised. The technique regarded the least square sphere center as the initial center of the concentric spheres containing all measurement points, and then the center was moved gradually to reduce the radial separation till the minimum radial separation center was got where the constructed concentric spheres conformed to the minimum zone condition. The method was modeled firstly, then the geometric approximation process was analyzed, and finally,the software for data processing was programmed. As evaluation example, five steel balls were measured and the measurement data were processed with the developed program. The average iteration times of the approximation technique is 4.2, and on average the obtained sphericity error is 0. 529μm smaller than the least square solution,with accuracy increased by 7. 696%.

Thermal error compensation for telescopic spindle of CNC machine tool based on SIEMENS 840D system

In this paper, eddy current sensors and thermocouple sensors were employed to measure the thermal field and thermal deformation of a spindle of a telescopic CNC boring-milling machine tool, respectively. A linear regression method was proposed to establish the thermal error model. Furthermore, two compensation methods were implemented based on the SIEMENS 840D system by using the feed shaft of z direction and telescopic spindle respectively. Experimental results showed that the thermal error could be reduced by 73.79% when using the second compensation method, and the thermal error could be eliminated by using the two compensation methods effectively.

对称铣削系统协同运动位姿误差预测与补偿算法

针对对称铣削系统在加工过程中会出现协同位姿误差的问题,提出一种考虑温度变化的对称铣削系统协同位姿误差预测与补偿方法。在恒温条件下,将对称铣削系统的工作空间划分为平动轴运动空间和旋转轴运动空间,提出一种在采样点误差已知情况下的误差预测算法|在变温条件下,通过测量分析对称铣削系统的热误差,提出一种能够快速确定任意温度下系统误差的方法。在误差补偿方面,提出一种递归算法补偿系统误差,并在对称铣削系统上进行实验。结果表明,在恒温条件下,补偿后的协同位置精度及姿态精度分别提高了78.42%和 57.03% ,在变温条件下分别提高了 79.14%和 62.79%,验证了该算法的有效性。     

零件端面切削误差在线补偿技术研究

Testing Criterion Correlations With Scale Component Measurement Errors Using Latent Variable Modeling

A latent variable modeling method for testing criterion correlations with measurement error terms in multicomponent measuring instruments is outlined. The approach is based on an application of the Benjamini–Hochberg multiple testing procedure and can be used when assumptions of validity estimation related procedures need to be examined. The method also allows studying the extent to which criterion validity coefficients might be due to the relationship between a presumed underlying latent construct evaluated by a psychometric scale and a criterion variable, or could be a consequence of the relation between measurement error in the overall scale score and the criterion. The discussed procedure is widely applicable with popular latent variable modeling software, and is illustrated using a numerical example.
