经济法的利益观是社会利益观,社会利益是经济法产生和存在的天然基石;经济法以社会利益为本位是为了更好地保护和实现个人利益,以充分体现经济法的人文关怀;经济法为社会利益的实现提供了制度保障,即市场规制法律制度、宏观经济调控法律制度、社会分配法律制度和经济公益诉讼制度。
