��[Purpose/significance] Study the service status of digital badge certification learning in American university libraries, and provide inspiration and reference for the related services of domestic university libraries.[Method/process] Through the search engine, the digital badge column of the official Website of the American university library was investigated, and the foreign language literature review and research was conducted through the professional foreign language database to investigate the basic status of the service of digital badge certification learning, and analyzed the American library. The digital badge identified the way and content of the learning service.[Result/conclusion] American university libraries pay attention to the design of "game-style" hierarchical digital badge mechanism, motivate students to learn, select and perfect the platform that matches the digital badge, find the cooperation institution to give digital badges more value. It is used for librarian business training to improve the professional quality and service level of librarians. Digital badges can promote the improvement of information literacy education in university libraries, and the application and promotion of digital badges is an opportunity for university libraries to enhance their status.

��[Purpose/significance] This paper aimed to analyze the information service contents, co-occurrence relationships and influences of universities libraries' WeChat official accounts.[Method/process] Firstly, this paper summarized the related research of information service and information diffusion influence. And then, analyzing the information service items and constructing a relationship network based on the co-occurrence matrix of nine famous university libraries' WeChat official account; in order to compare the importance of different nodes, the closeness centrality has been calculated. Finally, the WeChat influence index(WCI) of each WeChat official account have been calculated, the impact of different service on WCI has been compared by the analyzing of high-reading contents.[Result/conclusion] The results showed that user information, resource search and information delivery take the relative important positions in the network, but only information delivery service has the highest impact on WCI, resource search, user information, interaction & consultation, and other service have little impact.

��[Purpose/significance] By means of the classification and circulation data of library collection, the paper finds the close correlation between reader characteristics and library collection circulation, establish the relationship model. And through model fitting and prediction, this study explores the implicit rule between reader and library circulation which provides technical and means support for the intelligent management of library.[Method/process] Firstly, this paper used clustering and correlation analysis techniques to extract the macroscopic observable characteristics of readers, constructed the direct and indirect mapping relationship between reader characteristics and book classification, and then constructed the regression model of the circulation of reader characteristics and classified books, and verified the validity of the model and optimized the goodness of fit of the model. According to the effective model, this paper explored the trend change of library circulation, and sum up the underlying rules of knowledge construction of the macroscopic characteristics of readers, as well as the impact on the circulation of books.[Result/conclusion] There are 3 classification characteristics of readers, namely, the professional learning direction representing the social role requirements of readers, the enrollment batch representing the interaction effect between readers and the number of readers, which can effectively fit and predict the book circulation. The prediction results show that the model has high accuracy and can be used as an effective tool to provide reliable technical support for library to develop knowledge service.
