论教育伦理学的个体善与社会善

作为一门从伦理道德的视角对教育活动进行价值分析和行为导向的交叉学科,教育伦理是个体与社会教育伦理的有机统一。现代教育伦理在研究视阈上不仅要关注个体教育善的实现,而且应重视社会教育善的构建。个体与社会之教育善是个体与社会教育伦理把握教育世界的精神实践,两者都存在价值合理性根据,有其应然的一系列规范性要旨。教育伦理研究范畴的这一拓展,既是弥补传统教育伦理研究在作用范围上存在缺憾的需要,也是全面建设和谐社会的内在需要。

新课改中教师伦理道德问题的反思与重建

国内外课程改革的实践已经证明,教师是课程改革成败的关键。而教师的伦理道德水平高低直接关系到教师参与课程改革的积极性、主动性,决定了新课程改革能否深入开展。本文根据当前教师的伦理道德现状,反思导致教师道德失衡主要原因,并对如何重新建立适应新课程改革要求的教师伦理道德作了初步的探讨。     

Construction of life-practice moral education based on traditional Chinese morality with life connotation

The actual effect is a big problem in current school moral education. By analyzing the problems in the theory and practice of the current school moral education, the author points out that the reason is that, for a long time, the meaning of morality has been dissimilated, and moral education is considered as a kind of knowledge input and neglecting it is the life-style of human beings. By exploring the meaning of morality in the traditional Chinese culture, the author fully affirmed the rich life connotation both in the dynamic conversion between Tao and virtue and in the Taoist saying “Great virtue is growth”. In the article, the author suggests that nowadays, we should reconsider and understand the moral connotation in traditional culture and explain the traditional morals in a modern way. Self-determination theory,morality, and education: introduction to special issue

ABSTRACT

Self-Determination Theory (SDT) is an empirically based organismic theory of human motivation, development, and well-being that shares many points of interest with the fields of moral development and moral education. Yet, SDT has been largely disconnected from these fields so far. How can we define and empirically assess autonomous moral motivation? How is moral autonomy achieved in the course of development? And what are the relationships between leading a moral life and happiness? These questions have been occupying moral psychologists and educators for a long time. They are focal for SDT, as well. This special issue highlights various lines of intersection between SDT, morality and education. Contributions either expand SDT into the moral domain or incorporate elements of SDT into moral theory with the ultimate goal of integrating fields that inherently belong together.     

The way of openness: Moral Sphere Theory,education, ethics,and classroom management

Noting the challenges of radical pluralism and uncertainty to ethics and education, the author describes, then explores Moral Sphere Theory (MST) developed by the philosopher Robert Kane and in relationship to insights drawn from American pragmatism. The argument is that MST offers fresh ways for thinking about education and the profound obligation of educators to support and sustain worthy forms of life.     

我国公德建设的历史与文化困境探略

文章从历史和文化传统两个角度分析了影响我国公德建设的困境，即公共生活领域狭窄，严重的政治化和精英化倾向，以及道德理想主义等。加强公德建设，必须加快社会主义市场经济建设的步伐；必须迅速完善相关的社会公共生活制度；必须增强道德规范内容的科学性和人文精神；必须强化舆论的引导和监督职能，努力营造良好的道德环境；必须重点加强对青少年和国家公务员的道德教育。     

浅析传统道德在师范院校德育中的作用

师范院校是培养教师的摇篮,是教师职业道德教育的始发站。教师的言行对学生具有强烈的示范性,教师素质如何将直接影响到学生的身心健康和发展,甚至影响到整个社会经济的发展。大学师范生思想道德发展,成为现代社会关注的焦点。中国传统道德蕴涵着丰厚的道德教育资源,对于改进和完善师范院校大学生的道德教育有重要现实意义。本文在认真调研当代师范大学生道德现状的基础上,结合传统道德思想的现代教育功能,对师范生德育工作中的教育方法进行了归纳。     

浅谈高职院校学生职业道德素质教育

随着我国内地城市化进程的不断展开;同时,伴随着东部发达地区产业结构向内地的梯度转移,对应用技术性人才的争夺日益激烈。作为培养应用技术性人才的高等职业学校,如何抓住这一历史机遇期实现职业教育的本土化发展,也就成为新形式下需要回答的问题。对问题的破解除了采取常规的突出专业结构优化的措施外,还应在高职学生的职业道德素质教育上下工夫。     

Distance,dialogue and reflection: Interpersonal reflective equilibrium as method for professional ethics education

The method of reflective equilibrium (RE) is well known within the domain of moral philosophy, but hardly discussed as a method in professional ethics education. We argue that an interpersonal version of RE is very promising for professional ethics education. We offer several arguments to support this claim. The first group of arguments focus on a changed practice that is more team-oriented, inter-professional and aims at shared decision-making with patients and clients. The second group of arguments relate to the core aim of professional ethics education, namely to stimulate critical moral reflection. This central aim is a core professional moral competence that entails both a dialogical approach to practice and one’s own moral beliefs as well as a more detached viewpoint on practice, reflection on types of cases and one’s attitude as a professional in practice.

Locally grounded,universally binding: The benefit of incorporating traditional care ethics,East and West,into current moral education

In this article, I am suggesting that one effective strategy for revitalizing moral education consists in incorporating classical traditions of care ethics, East and West, which are very much alive in contemporary culture, into sentiments, insights and practices of contemporary care ethics. In so doing we might make moral education much more accessible, natural and friendly to both teachers and students. First, it is associated with down to earth affective and relational elements rather than with highly theoretical philosophical reasoning; second, it is grounded in local cultural traditions that are very much alive in the ‘cultural DNA’ of millions of people in their traditional communities; third, in terms of its moral tenets it is humanistic and universally binding. The desirable outcome, if this model proves tenable, is moral education oriented by care ethics, locally grounded and universally binding.     

Teaching through an ethics of belonging,care and obligation as a critical approach to transforming education

This paper considers the experiences of a New Zealand family and their ‘disabled’ daughter Clare’s ‘inclusion’ and ‘exclusion’ in her early childhood centre and the implications of these experiences for shifting from a discourse of ‘inclusion’ to ‘belonging’ based on ‘an ethics of care and obligation to others’. I argue that the meanings and understandings of ‘inclusion’ for disabled children in education are variable and that they often default to dominant deficit discourses whilst believing themselves to be ‘inclusive’. I also argue that we must consciously develop a critical awareness of how exclusionary power operates in society and in our own settings. In this paper, I present ideas drawn from a ‘pedagogy of listening’ and Te Whaariki – The New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum to critically reflect on some of the early childhood education experiences of Clare and her family. I suggest that teachers’ use of critical reflective ‘child’s questions’ can be used as tools for educational transformation towards the full and meaningful participation of disabled children in education.

伦理道德与法律之间存在着相互渗透的关系,在法律中凝结着基本的道德价值判断,法律应该体现一定的人伦精神。本文分析了我国现行法律对人伦精神的体现及其原因,并呼唤从立法和司法两方面改进对人伦精神的体现。

在分析大学生不良网络道德行为表现与成因的基础上,认为不存在一劳永逸的网络德育.高校网络德育新思路及其成功的关键,在于提升学生的道德自律.为此,提出了自我教育理念建立的途径,明确了自我教育模式建构的思路.     

Defining the quality of higher education around ethics and moral values

The context of higher education across the world currently presents evidence of university failures. These failures are evident in areas such as governance, financial and risk management, conduct of senior leaders and quality assurance issues surrounding international education. Having this in mind, the present paper argues the need to add a new definition (to what is already known) of quality. The conceptual approach proposed by the authors takes into account ethics and morals as key virtues of the higher education sector. The literature shows that it is still difficult to find agreement on a single definition of the concept. University leaders and quality assurance professionals define quality in many different ways. However, despite the ethical challenges in the current higher education landscape, little has been discussed on the connection between quality, ethics and moral values. Therefore, the authors provide the unexplored relationship between these concepts.
