信息技术的迅速发展使得计算机支持的协作学习(CSCL)逐渐成为网络学习的一种重要形式。在对CSCL的内涵、特点探讨的基础上,阐述基于CSCL的网络教育模式的特色和优势,以及可能存在的一些潜在问题。如果能将潜在问题处理好,就可以充分发挥网络的各种教育功能和丰富的教育资源优势,向教育者和学习者提供一种新的教育方式。将基于CSCL的网络教育模式应用于教育领域,将有利于传统学与教的行为改变。学习者也可以在学习过程中相互支持相互关心,形成密切的协作学习关系,逐步培养学习者的团队意识和合作精神。  相似文献

以"全国中小学教师专业发展状况调查和政策研究数据库"为基础,阐述中小学教师在教学活动中利用网络教育资源的总体状况,并分别从教师个体特征、教学环境和教育技术培训三方面探讨影响教师网络教育资源利用的主要因素。研究发现:网络教育资源已成为学校教学的主要信息来源,但中小学教师网络教育资源的利用频度较低。教师的年龄、学历、授课学段、学校所处的地域、是否参加过教育技术培训以及是否重视教育技术培训等是决定其是否经常利用网络教育资源的重要因素,并提出相应的建议。  相似文献

Big data analytics (BDA) adoption is a game-changer in the current industrial environment for precision decision-making and optimal performance. Nonetheless, the determinants or consequences of its adoption in small and medium enterprises remain unclear, hence the objective of this study. Data analysis of 171 Iranian small and medium manufacturing firms revealed that complexity, uncertainty and insecurity, trialability, observability, top management support, organizational readiness, and external support affect significantly on BDA adoption. The findings confirm the strong impact of BDA adoption in small to medium-sized enterprises, marketing and financial, performance enhancement. Understanding the drivers of BDA adoption helps managers to employ appropriate initiatives that are vital for effective implementation. The results enable BDA service providers to attract and diffuse BDA in small to medium-sized enterprises.  相似文献

   我国进入经济转型机遇期以来,一种新兴的互联网金融模式—众筹,给初创企业及个人创业者提供了全新的营销方式和筹资渠道。众筹融资绩效不仅是创新项目发起人关注的核心问题,也是众筹平台兴衰的决定因素。本文基于创新扩散理论,对众筹项目特征进行理论抽象,构建创新项目融资绩效的影响机制模型,实证分析相对优势、兼容性和可观察性创新特征对众筹项目融资绩效的影响,并探讨项目状态和发起人信息披露在此影响机制中的调节效应。研究结果表明:众筹项目的相对优势和兼容性特征均正向影响众筹项目融资绩效;项目状态和发起人信息披露均正向调节相对优势与项目融资绩效的关系,而负向调节可观察性与项目融资绩效的关系;仅发起人信息披露负向调节兼容性与项目融资绩效的关系。  相似文献

    本文依据知识基础观和组织学习理论,建立企业知识属性和企业间知识关系共同影响企业创新绩效的综合分析框架,研究合作伙伴知识多样性、合作伙伴与焦点企业间知识相关性对焦点企业创新绩效的影响,以及焦点企业内部知识复杂性的调节作用,并运用医药行业上市企业2007—2016年专利数据和负二项回归模型验证相关假设。研究发现:合作伙伴知识多样性对焦点企业创新绩效有正向影响,焦点企业知识复杂性对该关系有负向调节作用;合作伙伴与焦点企业间知识相关性对焦点企业创新绩效有倒U型影响,焦点企业知识复杂性对该关系有正向调节作用。  相似文献

Knowledge sharing can be viewed as an organizational innovation that has the potential to generate new ideas and develop new business opportunities through socialization and learning process of knowledge workers. Moreover, numerous scholars have proposed that interpersonal trust is an important facilitator of knowledge sharing. This study aims to develop a research model examining how organizational support influences the intention to facilitate knowledge sharing through organizational perceptions of innovation characteristics (perceived relative advantage and compatibility) and interpersonal trust. Data from a survey of senior executives in Taiwan were used to test the proposed research model. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to examine the validity of the measurement model, and the structural model also was analyzed to test the associations hypothesized in the research model. The results showed that organizational support is positively associated with organizational perceptions of innovation characteristics (perceived relative advantage and compatibility) and interpersonal trust, which in turn are positively related to organizational intention to facilitate knowledge sharing. Implications for organizations are also discussed.  相似文献

以调节焦点理论为基础,探讨高校科研团队中领导语言框架对团队成员知识隐藏的影响及其内在机制。采用问卷调查方法对多地高校科研团队中的研究人员进行了调研。以217份有效数据为样本进行假设检验,实证分析得出以下结论:领导语言框架对知识隐藏有显著影响;团队成员情境调节焦点中介了领导语言框架与知识隐藏间的关系;Web2.0情境能够有效调节情境调节焦点对知识隐藏的影响。  相似文献

This paper examines the changes of information searchers’ topic knowledge levels in the process of completing information tasks. Multi-session tasks were used in the study, which enables the convenience of eliciting users’ topic knowledge during their process of completing the whole tasks. The study was a 3-session laboratory experiment with 24 participants, each time working on one subtask in an assigned 3-session general task. The general task was either parallel or dependently structured. Questionnaires were administered before and after each session to elicit users’ perceptions of their knowledge levels, task attributes, and other task features, for both the overall task and the sub-tasks. Our results support the assumption that users’ knowledge generally increases after each search session, but there were exceptions in which a “ceiling” effect was shown. We also found that knowledge was correlated with users’ perceptions of task attributes and accomplishment. In addition, task type was found to affect several aspects of knowledge levels and knowledge change. These findings further our understanding of users’ knowledge in information tasks and are thus helpful for information retrieval research and system design.  相似文献

With the rising popularity of voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, etc., understanding the service gaps experienced by customers has become imperative. In unison, limited studies are focusing on the perspectives of dissatisfied customers. This research aims to address this gap by suggesting the antecedents of technology irritation and its impact on the overall performance of voice assistants. The study uses a mixed-methods approach by analyzing the data gathered from user interviews, online reviews from users, and also empirical surveys. The qualitative study, capturing both etic and emic perspectives, found problems related to responsiveness, usability, platform, connectivity, and compatibility of VAs. While the empirical study revealed that utility gratification and service quality have a significant impact on technology irritation. The findings also show that customers from negative high and low arousal emotion groups have varying perceptions about utility gratifications.  相似文献

知识粘性是知识转移过程中体现出来的困难因素.集成创新是以开放的产品建构来集成多种来源的技术,如何克服集成创新过程中的知识粘性成为技术集成创新成功的关键.本文将技术集成创新的过程分成三个阶段并研究了三阶段知识粘性的不同表现.第一阶段主要是吸收知识的能力、知识的相容性、多样性技能人才等;第二阶段主要是现有的知识技能存量、领域本体、知识来源的品质等;第三阶段主要是新知识的应用及其与预期目标的融合.分析了新科电子集团公司克服知识粘性实现系统集成创新的经验.研究目的在于帮助企业在开展集成创新时,针对三阶段知识粘性的不同表现,有针对性地采取克服知识粘性的措施,以提高集成创新的效率.  相似文献

Rapid advances in mobile technologies and devices have made mobile banking increasingly important in mobile commerce and financial services. Using innovation diffusion theory and knowledge-based trust literature, this study develops a research model to examine the effect of innovation attributes (perceived relative advantage, ease of use and compatibility) and knowledge-based trust (perceived competence, benevolence and integrity) on attitude and behavioral intention about adopting (or continuing to use) mobile banking across potential and repeat customers. Based on a survey of 368 participants (177 for potential customers and 191 for repeat customers), this study uses a structural equation modeling approach to investigate the research model. The results indicate that perceived relative advantage, ease of use, compatibility, competence and integrity significantly influence attitude, which in turn lead to behavioral intention to adopt (or continue-to-use) mobile banking. Additionally, by using multi-group analysis with t-statistics, the results found that the antecedents of attitude toward mobile banking differ between potential and repeat customers. The implications for research and practice and future research directions are discussed.  相似文献
