新发展阶段东北三省生产性服务业发展评价

发展以生产性服务业为重点的现代服务业,提升生产性服务业效率和专业化水平,是新发展阶段东北老工业基地振兴的重要内容。本文运用区位商、协同发展指数等指标,从结构优化、专业化优势以及与制造业协同发展三个维度评价东北三省生产性服务业发展。研究结果表明：东北三省生产性服务业整体上发展滞后,其结构优化主要源于经济衰落导致的低端服务行业衰退而并非高端行业的快速增长;黑龙江和辽宁生产性服务业初步呈现出专业化优势,新一轮东北老工业振兴战略下,辽宁生产性服务业与制造业协同发展程度提升,而黑龙江和吉林因制造业发展缓慢而下降;同时,生产性服务不同行业之间专业化优势以及与制造业协同发展上存在较大的差异。针对上述发展特征,基于新发展理念提出促进东北三省生产性服务业在新发展阶段高质量发展的对策建议。     

吉林省生产性服务业发展与制造业转型升级研究

作为东北老工业基地的一部分,一方面,吉林省拥有良好的制造业基础,另一方面,省内制造业的发展也存在着诸多"瓶颈",其中制造业与生产性服务业的融合互动程度不够已成为阻碍我省制造业转型升级的重要因素。但国内外对吉林省生产性服务业的发展以及制造业转型升级的研究尚不充分,因此迫切需要开展这方面的理论研究。     

青岛市加快生产性服务业与制造业融合发展的对策研究

生产性服务业具有高科技含量、高渗透性、高附加值、高产业带动力、高开放度、低资源消耗、低环境污染等特征,并呈现出规模化、国际化、融合化、集群化、虚拟化、网络化的发展趋势。近年来,青岛市生产性服务业有了较快发展,但是与先进国家和国内先进城市相比,仍有较大差距。从青岛市生产性服务业与制造业融合发展视角,分析生产性服务业的发展现状及存在的问题,建议应突出“蓝色、高端、新兴”制造业转型升级为生产性服务业开拓发展空间并提供政策支持,从而加快生产性服务业与制造业融合发展。     

基于制造业转型升级的广西生产性服务业发展研究

随着科技进步与经济发展方式转变,制造业发展模式已由传统的范围扩张转为分工合作,生产性服务业发展随之成为推动制造业转型升级的必然选择。广西属于中国欠发达西部落后地区,又是近年来制造业发展最为迅速的省区,但生产性服务业在推动制造业转型受到行业发展层次低、发展不均衡以及科技水平等因素制约,自治区各级政府应结合广西制造业发展趋势均衡生产性服务业,加强区域合作、引进培育高科技人才等措施实现生产性服务业对制造业转型升级的助推作用。     

生产性服务业与装备制造业的融合发展——来自辽宁省的一个经验数据

将辽宁省作为研究对象,运用2002、2007和2012年的投入产出表,动态比较分析生产性服务业和装备制造业的行业增加值及比重、中间需求率和中间投入率、融合发展影响等情况。结果发现:就辽宁省而言,装备制造业对经济发展带动作用大于生产性服务业;生产性服务业的发展主要依靠中间需求,并且具有"高附加值、低带动型"的行业特征;而装备制造业的发展则主要依靠最终需求,并且具有"低附加值、高带动型"行业特征;装备制造业与生产性服务业融合发展处于极低水平。     

产业互动视角下我国生产性服务业与制造业融合发展研究

生产性服务业和先进制造业融合发展是实现我国经济发展方式转变、产业结构调整升级的重要举措。综述学术界关于生产性服务业与制造业互动发展的研究成果,揭示生产性服务业与制造业通过供需循环体系和创新循环体系形成内在互动关系,但也存在制约生产性服务业与制造业有效互动的瓶颈因素,从发展先进制造业,推动制造业服务外包化等方面来促进生产性服务业与制造业融合发展。     

面向制造业的生产性服务业产业集聚式发展研究

目前,发展生产性服务业已成为我国经济发展的当务之急,首先应该解决的是生产性服务业的发展方向问题。国外对生产性服务方面的研究较早,主要集中于生产性服务业发展的促进因素、与制造业的关系以及发展中国家的生产性服务业等方面。而我国关于生产性服务的研究是从20世纪90年代末开始的,主要集中在生产性服务与经济发展的关系及在经济结构转型中的作用、发展生产性服务业的政策建议等方面,尚缺乏关于面向制造业生产性服务业发展方向的深入研究。本文将对生产性服务业的发展方向进行研究,并结合具体实例对面向制造业生产性服务的几个主要类型的发展方向进行具体研究。     

生产性服务业对先进制造业的促进作用及其发展的思考

经验研究表明生产性服务业与先进制造业体系的关系密切。在把握生产性服务业内涵的基础上,从生产性服务业促进制造业体系的劳动生产率迅速提高,生产性服务业与先进制造业出现融合趋势,生产性服务业嵌入制造业产业集群创新网络系统起到内部化合作用,以及生产性服务业与先进制造基地有机融合和形成复杂的产业集群等方面分析了生产性服务业对先进制造业体系形成的机理。促进生产性服务业快速发展的对策可以从改变观念、转换思想,放宽生产性服务业市场准入,扩大生产性服务业对外开放以及加强监管等方面着手。     

漳州生产性服务业和制造业关联度的实证研究

本文选取2006-2011年漳州统计年鉴的数据进行整理,利用灰色关联分析方法对漳州生产性服务业和制造业进行定量分析后得出结论:生产性服务业的发展水平与漳州制造业的灰色关联度比较高,但存在着现代新兴生产性服务业发展水平相对落后,且内部结构不合理等问题。最后,本文对如何推动漳州生产性服务业和制造业互动发展提出了相关的对策建议。     

加快发展先进生产性服务业的调查研究

生产性服务业是近期产业发展的热点焦点,是第三产业的重要组成部分。加快发展先进生产性服务业,有利于继续推进产业结构优化调整,进一步实现制造业转型升级,改善目前潍坊市的整体就业形势。目前潍坊市生产性服务业发展取得重大成果,但仍然面临总体水平较低、融合程度不够等方面的问题。针对这些问题,加快发展先进生产性服务业的路径选择一方面是发展物流服务、信息服务、创业空间服务等重点领域,另一方面是加强组织协调、人才支持、企业培育等政策保障。
