印度FDI技术外溢效应实证分析

随着经济全球化纵深推进和国际竞争日趋激烈,FDI（外国直接投资）技术外溢（D是否带来技术进步成为各界关注的焦点。印度作为外商青睐的新兴经济体,随着其经济实力的增强和国内市场的成长,越来越重视FDI所带来的技术溢出效应．并把它作为提升本国企业技术水平和促进经济增长的重要途径。那么,在引资过程中,I=DI是否带来积极的技术外溢,从而促进技术进步呢？本文将从宏观经济运行视角探讨印度FDI的外溢效应。该研究对进一步深入了解印度利用外国直接投资的现状及发展前景具有重要的理论和现实意义．也为与之国情相似的中国利用外资提供国际经验。     

外商直接投资的产业结构与技术外溢效应——基于江西省1994-2011数据的实证分析

利用1994-2011年的时间序列数据,运用协整检验对江西省外商直接投资产业结构与技术外溢效应进行了实证分析,并将江西省的外资的输入量和输入的产业结构与邻近省份进行了对比。研究结果表明:江西省三次产业的外商直接投资均会产生不同程度的正的技术外溢效应,外商直接投资对第二产业的技术外溢效应大于第一、三产业的技术外溢效应,且外溢效应相对较小。从与邻近省份的比较看,江西省外商直接投资的资金数量偏低,且外商直接投资在三次产业的结构不合理。     

跨国公司直接投资的行业集聚效应实证研究

FDI行业集聚效应是指跨国公司在东道国某一行业大量聚集,不断加强与本地企业合作联系,促进当地产业结构升级、行业技术外溢并且形成行业创新网络体系的一种外部效应。本文从行业的角度对1999--2006年国内15个行业的时间序列数据进行了回归分析,计量结果表现出明显的行业差距。由此,得出以下结论：第一,FDI对于中国行业整体的集聚效应明显;第二,采掘业、制造业等9个行业集聚效应为正,表明外商直接投资在我国这些行业已经产生了良好的集聚效应,促进了相关行业技术外溢并且形成了行业创新网络体系;第三,农、林、牧、渔业等6个行业集聚效应为负,证明FDI在这些行业目前还没有形成显著的集聚效应。同时,也说明了这些行业吸收FDI的能力有限。     

金融发展与FDI技术溢出效应：基于开放经济下的内生增长模型分析

研究表明FDI的外溢效应和东道国自身的环境和条件相关,其中金融发展在技术外溢效应和经济增长中的作用不可忽视.通过构建一个包含金融发展和FDI的内生增长模型,以考察金融发展水平对FDI技术溢出效应的影响.对模型进行求解得出,在内生增长的动力条件有保证的情况下,经济增长率随着金融深化程度的加深而不断提高,并且金融深化程度还通过影响FDI的技术溢出途径,进而间接影响最终产出.以安徽省为例,具体说明金融深化程度对FDI技术溢出效应的影响.     

江西省利用外资提升自主创新能力的机制研究

江西作为引资的新兴省份,有必要发挥后发优势,更好地利用技术外溢,加快自主创新能力的培育.学者的实证研究表明外商直接投资对我省企业自主创新能力的影响力不显著,也就是说FDI在江西的技术外溢效应不显著.所以,我们有必要从系统的角度建立利用外资提升自主创新能力的总体机制,本文从建立外资进入的事前评价机制、打造江西特色创新创业文化、财税政策上鼓励企业自主创新、完善创业风险投资运作等四方面展开.     

FDI对我国进出口贸易经济效应的分析

2003年，中国吸引外商直接投资（Foreign Direct Investment，简称FDI）金额达530亿美元，2004年估计能达到600亿-620亿美元，未来还会继续提升。FDI对我国进出口贸易的影响分别从总量效应和结构效应两个方面体现出来，总量效应可细化为直接效应和问接效应，结构效应主要通过技术的溢出效应得以实现。实证分析的结果表明，FDI不仅对我国进出口贸易总量增长起着明显的推动作用，而且对我国进出口贸易结构的提升也起着明显的拉动作用。政府应进一步加强对FDI的产业导向，使FDI在我国社会经济发展中发挥更大的作用。     

FDI对皖江城市带产业结构的影响

产业结构的调整升级是转变经济发展方式,提高经济增长质量的重要途径。结合皖江城市带产业结构特点和外商直接投资(FDI)的产业分布特征,对FDI促进皖江城市带产业结构调整升级的影响机制进行系统梳理。研究发现,FDI主要通过资本供给效应、就业结构效应、技术溢出效应、制度变迁效应等机制直接或间接地促进了皖江城市带的产业结构调整升级。     

外国直接投资对我国技术进步影响机制研究

中国自改革开放以来,吸引了大量的外国直接投资,通过FDI的技术溢出效应,可以促进东道国的技术进步,帮助东道国经济走上内生化增长道路。本文试图从技术溢出角度分析外国直接投资对我国技术进步的影响,进而提出利用FDI促进我国技术进步的对策。     

河北省外商直接投资的效应研究

在新增长理论的框架下,通过构建一个内生技术进步模型,对河北省的外商直接投资的效应进行了分析,着重于探讨外商直接投资到底带来了较好的技术外溢效应还是不太好的挤出效应。对模型的实证分析的基本结论是:目前,河北省的外商直接投资存在着较为突出的挤出效应,最后就分析结果提出政策建议。
