关中中部灌区播期密度对农大399小麦产量和品质的效应

2016年10月—2017年6月,在关中中部灌区的三原县采用两因素二次D饱和最优设计,研究了不同播期和种植密度对农大399小麦产量和品质的影响.结果表明:不同播期和密度对农大399小麦群体数量、个体质量、产量及其结构和籽粒品质均有显著的影响.同一播期,群体随着密度的增加而增加,叶龄、单株分蘖和次生根分别降低5. 4%～16. 9%、10. 7%～19. 2%和9. 8%～30. 4%,成穗数提高3. 9%～7. 0%,穗粒数降低0. 5%～0. 6%,千粒重提高3. 8%～6. 1%;增产1. 9%～8. 3%,籽粒蛋白质、湿面筋、稳定时间和沉降值分别提高3. 9%～9. 9%、6. 5%～11. 2%、14. 5%～16. 8%和2. 4%～12. 9%,其他品质指标变化不大.同一密度情况下,群体随着播期的推迟降低3. 6%～8. 8%,越冬期叶龄、单株分蘖和次生根均显著降低,个体质量显著变差;成穗数和穗粒数分别降低1. 1%～8. 9%和1. 1%～4. 5%,千粒重增加1. 9%-3. 8%,减产3. 7%-13. 6%;籽粒蛋白质、湿面筋、稳定时间和沉降值较早播依次降低2. 9%～7. 0%、3. 3%～5. 1%、12. 4%～18. 1%和1. 4%～6. 1%,但对籽粒面粉和拉伸品质指标影响不显著.当目标产量在8 250 kg/hm~2～9 750 kg/hm~2时,农大399适宜播种期为10月7日～10月15日,适宜播种密度为2. 30×106株/hm~2～2. 89×106株/hm~2.     

微波消解-AAS法测定中草药中的微量元素

采用微波消解-AAS法测定了制作六味地黄丸的六种中草药中的十种微量元素,对微波消解试剂、消解条件及测定时的干扰情况进行了详细研究.以茯苓样品为例,测得回收率分别为:Zn 120.5%,Fe 106.8%.Mn 118.5%,Co 99.9%,Ni 95.5%.Cu 100.4%,Cr 106.1%,Ca101.5%,Mg 90.5%和K 120.0%.样品测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.17%～7.87%之间,测定方法快速、简便,结果准确可靠.     

穴位注射埋线治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察

目的:寻找一种疗效确切,价格低廉,易于患者接受的治疗方法.方法:将90例诊断为慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)的患者进行为期2个月的对照单盲实验,评价其效果.结果:治疗组治愈率63%,显效率27%,有效率10%,无效0%.对照组治愈率31.7%,有效率14.3%,显效率31%,无效23%.经x2检验,治愈率和总体疗效均P＜0.01.结论:穴位注射埋线治疗CNP具有疗效显著,经济方便,易于患者接受的特点.

复合酶制剂对断乳肉兔生长性能的影响

选择 35日龄新西兰白兔 2 5只 ,随机分成A、B、C、D、E五组 ,A、B、C、D组为试验组 ,E组为对照组。试验组分别添加 0 .1 % ,0 .3%和 0 .5 %、0 .7%资源复合酶 ,研究不同水平的复合酶对断乳肉兔的生长性能的影响。结果表明 ,在饲料中添加复合酶制剂 ,试验组与对照组相比 ,试验组日增重分别提高 1 8.61 %、2 0 .73%、2 0 .95 %、2 0 .80 % ,经生物统计方差分析和SSR法多重比较 ,差异极显著 ,而组间差异不显著 ;料重比分别下降 2 6.2 7% (P <0 .0 1 )、 2 8.0 4 %(P <0 .0 1 )、2 9.1 7% (P <0 .0 1 )和 2 8.0 8% (P <0 .0 1 ) ,但组间差异不显著。试验组经济效益明显。

采用溴酸钾 溴化钾消解法 ,通过对消解时间、消解温度及盐酸羟胺加入量的研究 ,得出较为适合的实验条件 ,可以快速测定水样中的汞 ,实际样品分析结果满意 ,RSD % =0 .76%～ 2 .7% ,CV % =92 .8%～ 1 0 1 .3%。     

乌江上游四川裂腹鱼和昆明裂腹鱼肌肉营养成分的分析

试验结果表明,四川裂腹鱼和昆明裂腹鱼肌肉中蛋白质、脂肪、灰分含量分别为15.49%、15.78%,1.03%、2.29%,1.06%、1.11%.肌肉中不饱和脂肪酸含量分别占脂肪酸总量的71.72%和73.21%.肌肉中18种氨基酸总含量分别为75.20%和79.1496(占肌肉干重),其中必须氧基酸含量分别为31.95%、32.38%,占氨基酸总量的42.51%和40.91;鲜味氨基酸含量分别达30.03%和30.40%,占氨基酸总量的39.97%和38.42%.根据氨基酸评分,第一限制氨基酸为蛋氨酸+胱氨酸,第二限制氨基酸为色氨酸:根据化学评分,第一限制氨基酸为色氨酸,第二限制氨基酸为蛋氨酸+胱氨酸.     

0.5%碘伏用于新生儿脐部护理的临床观察

目的:观察0.5%碘伏液与75%酒精用于新生儿脐部护理的效果.方法:选择本院产科2003年5月至2005年5月进行脐部护理的新生儿192例,随机分成两组比较护理效果.观察组96例,对照组96例.结果:观察组96例,有效率92.7%,轻度感染5例,占5.2%,中度感染2例,占2%,重度感染为零;对照组96例,有效率81.3%,轻度感染11例,占11.5%,中度感染5例,占5.2%,重度感染2例,占2%.结论: 0.5%碘伏液可作为新生儿脐部护理的一种有效方法,在去除脐部肿胀、潮湿、少量分泌物炎症吸收方面优于75%酒精,可减少脐炎的发生.     

分光光度法测定海水中缩二脲的含量

建立了测定海水中缩二脲含量的分光光度法。样品经碳酸钠、氢氧化钠过滤预处理后,在550nm波长处测定,测定相对标准偏差为0. 72%～2. 79%,相对误差为-0. 30%～0. 75%,标准曲线线性、精密度、准确度均良好,检出限2. 00 mg/L,定量限6. 00 mg/L,加标回收率95. 4%～100. 7%。该方法准确、可靠、抗干扰性好,可用于海水中缩二脲的测定,也可以用于异氰酸酯类海洋污染事故的应急监测。
