城市游客旅游服务感知、满意度与行为意图的影响关系研究

优质的服务质量是旅游目的地参与市场竞争的重要手段,而游客对旅游服务的感知会影响其满意度和行为意图.本文以国内休闲度假城市厦门为案例地,利用因子分析、多元回归方法,探讨游客旅游服务感知维度及其表现,以及各个维度对游客目的地满意度和行为意图的影响.结果显示,厦门市游客旅游服务感知共有 "接待服务"、"公共服务"、"景区服务"和"娱乐服务"四个维度,其中,"接待服务"、"景区服务"和"公共服务"对游客目的地满意度均有显著影响,而只有"公共服务"和"娱乐服务"两个维度对游客的重游行为和口碑传播行为有显著的影响,并且"公共服务"对游客目的地满意度和行为意图的影响作用较大.     

基于Android的旅游信息系统的研究与应用

为了完善传统的旅游信息系统,提供给游客必要的旅游信息服务,并将决策支持提供给管理者,本文将Android移动平台和GoogleMaps服务与旅游信息系统进行整合.共享和推广旅游业资源,完善旅游服务体系,提升旅游服务和管理的水平.系统功能特点为:旅游资源信息的分类、查询、定位以及规划;系统采用AndroidActivity作为客户端人机接口,选择SQLite作为前台数据库,利用Http协议完成服务器和客户端的通讯.通过引入GoogleMaps使得本系统较比传统旅游信息系统更加便捷、实用,并且完全符合旅游信息系统的设计要求.

研究游客对旅游服务设施的需求偏好,有助于景区管理者开发和建设满足游客需求偏好的旅游服务设施。通过对登封"天地之中"历史建筑群游客的旅游服务设施需求偏好的调研,分析游客对旅游功能、演艺项目、住宿设施等方面的需求偏好,可依据不同年龄和消费层次合理布局旅游服务接待设施;深挖少林功夫的文化内涵,增强少林功夫的体验性;深刻挖掘文化背景和艺术魅力,开发演艺项目;把握游客需求趋势,合理布置住宿接待设施类型。     

基于网络文本分析的威海刘公岛旅游体验感知研究

游客体验质量的高低直接影响旅游目的地的形象,及时了解游客体验,以提升旅游目的地的吸引力,增加游客数量,促进目的地持续发展.以威海刘公岛为例,利用内容分析法对国内知名旅游网站相关游客点评和网络游记等网络文本搜集与整理,借助ROST CM6软件提取游客体验感知的高频词,深入了解游客的旅游体验,分析刘公岛在提供旅游服务中的不足,并针对不足提出相应建议.     

“跟团旅游”的游客抱怨行为影响因素研究

从有效引导游客抱怨、降低负面口碑宣传的角度,梳理和总结了中外顾客抱怨行为的研究现状,以跟团旅游的游客为调查对象,选择安徽黄山风景名胜区作为问卷发放地,主要对游客个人特征、抱怨行为影响因素和抱怨行为方式选择进行调查,利用因子分析法将众多的抱怨行为影响因素提炼概括为四大抱怨行为影响因子,深入研究了游客个人特征、各抱怨行为影响因子以及抱怨行为方式选择三者之间的关系,并从旅游服务商的角度提出了一些游客抱怨管理上的建议,如旅游服务商应主动承担责任、畅通游客抱怨渠道、降低游客感知抱怨成本等。     

旅游服务创新分析

旅游服务质量是指旅游企业能满足游客享受旅游服务的水平。旅游服务质量对于旅游业的发展是至关重要的,是决定游客选择旅游目的地的一个重要的决定因素。因此,进行旅游服务创新,提高旅游服务质量对于旅游业发展的弹性非常大。本文运用四维度模型来分析旅游服务创新,以期推动旅游业的进一步发展。     

基于ArcGIS Server平台的旅游公众服务系统

与传统旅游地图相比,地理信息系统可以为游客提供更多的旅游服务信息．利用武隆地区的旅游资源数据,从信息服务系统的管理开发和软件工程的角度出发,基于ArcGIS Server平台,设计并实现了面向公众的武隆旅游地理系统．逐步论述了系统的设计与建立,介绍了系统的4大应用功能区,重点论述了信息查询和空间分析功能．该系统界面友好,操作简单,将为众多旅游者提供更生动直观、高效优质的服务．     

杭州旅游志愿者的发展与对策

旅游志愿者是旅游服务发展到一定阶段的产物,起到促进地方旅游业发展、方便游客的作用。随着中国旅游业的快速发展,总体接待旅游人数和自助游客的增加,需要更多的旅游服务人员。开展旅游志愿者活动,有利于满足旅游市场需求,提升国家及杭州的旅游形象,促进杭州旅游城市国际化进程。     

基于游客认知的影视型主题公园旅游研究——以浙江横店影视城为例

为了探究我国影视型主题公园的产品开发和活动项目的设计,以浙江横店影视城为例,从游客认知的角度出发,通过发放调查问卷的方式来了解游客的认知情况,采用spss11.0软件进行样本基本信息统计分析、因子分析、游客综合满意度分析,结果显示：前往横店影视城旅游的游客主要为浙江省范围内的游客;影响游客认知的主要因素有景观资源、基础设施、旅游环境、旅游服务、互动项目五大类,各项旅游活动对不同游客有不同的影响程度。     

鼓浪屿旅游服务品质的实证分析研究

基于SERVQUAL理论模型,结合问卷调查,对鼓浪屿旅游服务品质进行分析研究,发现游客预期体验与鼓浪屿景区实际提供的旅游服务存在一定差异性。综合鼓浪屿旅游服务品质实际情况以及游客的实际要求,提出优化服务、营造良好氛围、树立品牌、健全制度等建议,以期帮助鼓浪屿提升旅游服务品质,为鼓浪屿旅游业科学合理的可持续发展提供理论指导。
