普通高校优秀生培养模式初探

随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,我国高等教育逐渐走向大众化。改革现有的人才培养模式,适应现代高等教育的需要,是摆在每个高等教育工作者面前的首要问题。探讨优秀生的选拔方法,系统分析当前优秀生培养的主要模式,强调导师制在优秀生培养中的重要作用,有助于高校优秀生培养。     

高等院校本科优秀生培养模式的探索研究

优秀生培养是21世纪我国高等教育实行分层次教育的一种体现形式。本文通过从理论上探讨和构建高等院校本科优秀生培养模式,并结合实践案例,探索了优秀生培养在高等教育中的重要作用。优秀生的培养是优秀人才培养的有效途径之一,值得提倡并进一步完善。     

我校“校级优秀生”的选拔和培养

优秀人才的选拔和培养工作已成为世界各国教育界普遍关注的问题。在我国,为贯彻“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”的方针,在全面提高本科大学生培养质量的同时,选拔少数优秀学生进行重点培养,造就一批富有创造性、出类拔萃的人才,是学校建设中一项带战略性的任务。我校在1984年底作为一项深化教育改革的措施推出校级优秀生制度,至今已选拔培养校级优秀生四届,共424人次。本文仅就我校校级优秀生的选拔和培养工作谈几点认识。

高等教育人才分类培养模式归类与特征研究

在社会分工精细化和高等教育普及化背景下,我国高校开展了多种形式的分类培养实践。基于制度和管理特征两个维度可归纳为严选拔-封闭式、严选拔-半开放式和宽选拔-开放冲关式等三种模式,以及二级学院、共享式育人平台、精英式学院等三类责任主体。有的分类培养模式突出自愿性,注重学生基础能力养成;有的模式侧重专业性技能,更有利于培育拔尖人才。在教育实践中,需要在系统性评价校内外各影响因素的基础上理性选择。     

新工科背景下计算机专业 "本硕衔接"人才培养模式研究

为顺应新工科背景下高校教育改革和培养高层次应用型人才的探索趋势,结合国内高校工科人才培养方面的显著问题,就计算机专业提出了"本硕衔接"人才培养模式.从生源选拔、培养资源、培养过程三个维度具体构建,优化人才选拔制度,合理配置教育资源,"双校"机制并行运转,提高高层次应用型人才的综合素质与能力水平,增强人才与需求间的契合度...

在"大众创业,万众创新"的背景下,创新创业教育的理念、模式、目标都值得进一步思考。文章立足于这一背景,以清华大学的创新教育为例,探讨其实践、效果和机制,提出由"资源整合模式"、"人才选拔机制"、"人才培养理念"共同构成的创新教育培养机制。最后,文章进行反思总结,探讨全球化形势下对于创新人才培养的意义以及人才培养的新要求,以期对相关的高等教育研究与高校教育改革实践提供参考。
