本文开发了基于键盘板数码管、LED灯以及按键的自动化测试系统,该系统采集键盘板数码管和LED灯的实时图像,能够识别数码管各段是否正常工作,并分析各个LED灯的颜色,亮度以进行分析判断;利用模拟按键动作来判断按键是否正常工作。解决了以往人工检测,效率较低且容易出现误判的问题。本文利用图像处理中边缘检测手段以实现自动判断多个数码管的位置,实现自动检测,从而大大提高了检测效率和准确性。
