标准化病人的培训及其在临床教学与考核中的应用

为了满足现代医学生的培养目标,结合我院情况,探讨标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)作为患者、评估者和指导者所采取的培训形式,将标准化病人应用于临床教学、临床技能训练及考核中,达到提高学生临床思维能力、临床技能及沟通技巧的目的。     

探索标准化病人(SP)在诊断学实践教学中的应用

标准化病人(Standardized Patient,简称SP),是经过特殊训练,可以模拟临床疾病或真实病人的正常人(或病人),可用于临床技能教学和考核,能发挥扮演病人、充当评估者和反馈者三种功能。将其应用于对学生的考核评估中,提高教学质量,从中探索其在诊断学实践教学中的应用。     

医学专业内科实习教学中引入标准化病人的建议和必要性探讨

标准化病人(standardized patients,SP),又称模拟病人(simulated patient,SP),是指从事非医疗工作的正常人或轻症病人经过培训后,能恒定、逼真、准确的模仿出病人的临床症状、体征和(或)病史,可以充当被检查者、评估者和指导者3种身份,在培养学生临床技能教学和训练中被广泛应用,尤其是在问诊与体格检查的教学中得到了普遍应用.他们在模拟患者的同时,可以对学生的表现打分,使学生弥补自己的不足.本文总结了SP发展历史、优缺点、实施方法,同时针对在我校临床医学内科学教学中引入SP的必要性进行了阐述.     

标准化病人考核中录像分等同行为核查表分等的比较研究

效度一直是标准化病人(简称SP)评价关注的主要问题之一,为解决这一问题,一种建议是利用临床教师评价小组对标准化病人临床操作技能进行实地观察并给出等级分等,然后将这些分等作为判定技能考核评分效度及判定成绩是否合格的标准。Swartz等人在新近的一项研究中使用了类似的方法,他们让5位从事临床教学的医生观看44名学生检查SP的临床操作录像并予以分等。Travis等人则使用标准化病例编写者起草的核查表对标准化病人评价学生的核查表进行总结分等,这两项研究中的分等通过金标准比较证实都是有效的。录像分等的优点在于它能提供临床操作的…     

教师模拟标准化病人在诊断学技能培训与考核中的应用

引入带教老师扮演标准化病人(SP),进行情景化教学模式改革,论证教师标准化病人(Teacher standardized patient TSP)的教学优势。选择进入临床学习的临床专业学生,分别采取TSP、非SP教学法进行诊断学技能培训,并对教学效果进行量化考核。培训前期两组学生基本情况一致差异没有统计学意义,培训后实验组的病例问诊、体格检查、病例分析、沟通能力明显优于对照组。P﹤0.01;实验组引入TSP进行教学,有助于理论知识向实践技能过渡,提高临床基本技能。在实践教学模式中TSP发挥着被检查者、评估者和教师三种作用,实践证明该教学模式具有可操作性,对于培养学生的临床思维能力、实践技能操作能力均有实际意义。     

标准化病人在中医临床课程教学和技能考核中的应用

目的:研究标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)教学法在高职高专中医学临床课程实践教学中的作用.方法:随机抽取2010级中医学专业66名学生分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用标准化病人教学.理论及实践教学结束后,随机对两组学生进行临床技能考核,比较两组学生临床能力得分.结果:实验组学生在问诊、体格检查、以及对四诊资料的采集、归纳整理的能力明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),而辨证论治的能力与对照组相比没有显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:利用标准化病人开展中医学临床课程实践教学能显著提高学生的临床技能.     

应用模拟教学强化临床技能训练

模拟医学教育是运用医学教学模型、标准化病人(Standardized Patients,SP)等方式代替真实病人,对医学生进行临床基本技能训练的一种教学方法。模拟教学解决了临床教学资源匮乏的问题,培养了医学生的临床技能及医患沟通技巧,为医学生提供了一个反复实践的平台。我们运用模拟教学在临床技能训练中取得了满意的效果。     

标准化病人及其在医学教育中的应用

自1968年Barrows报告了“医学教学中的模拟病人”以来,标准化病人技术已在美国、加拿大及其他欧美国家医学教育、评估和研究方面得到较好的应用。1990年开始,我国已引进这一技术,并在华西医学、浙江医科大学和九江医学专科学校进行了临床技能评估项目的教学研究,并获得成功。目前,这一技术的应用方兴未艾,有待进一步推广。 1、标准化病人的概念、作用和任职条件 标准化病人（Standardized patient,以下简称SP）,是指经过训练,旨在恒定、逼真地复制临床病人情况的人。又称模拟病人（Sim-ulated patient）或病人指导者（patient in-structor）或计划病人（programmed patient）。     

标准化病人连续工作的时间对OSCE评分的影响

目的：探索客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）中标准化病人（SP）在半天中连续工作的合理时间安排问题。方法：OSCE考试试验和问卷调查相结合。结果：半天中,SP连续工作1小时、2小时和4小时,其评分与打分医生评分的一致性较为稳定。结论：在志愿者SP同意的情形下,可以安排其连续工作半天。本研究可为OSCE的SP安排提供借鉴。
