女性觉醒意识与男性爱情宣言之对话——《致橡树》与《我愿意是急流》比较

《致橡树》是我国当代＂朦胧诗派＂代表女诗人舒婷的一首别具意蕴的爱情诗。以《爱情与自由》为中国人所熟知的匈牙利著名诗人裴多菲的《我愿意是激流》也是一首感情炽热的爱情诗。本文通过对这两首诗的比较解读,更深刻地理解诗的主题,深深体味两位不同时代、不同性别的诗人对爱情的不同诠释的内蕴。     

Women's Career and Professional Development: Experiences and challenges

ABSTRACT Little research has focused on women's career and professional development in developing countries. In this study, six overseas women doctorate students from a range of developing countries were interviewed in order to ascertain their experiences and the challenges they face as a result of undertaking higher academic studies. The study demonstrated that despite their cultural diversity, the women had many characteristics in common. They had the intrinsic motivation to succeed in their career and professional development as independent persons. However, due to the traditional values and cultural expectations of their societies, they felt that starting and maintaining a family was imperative. Success in both needed a combination of hard work, diligence, and determination. The study called for gender sensitisation, especially in developing countries where the analysis of gender issues is still in its infancy. Both men and women need to be aware that women as well as men have career aspirations and that it is possible to share family and other responsibilities.

大学生职业成熟度作为评估个体的职业发展和行为的一个有效指标,它的研究对于提高我国大学生职业生涯指导的针对性具有重大意义。文章从职业成熟度的概念、职业成熟度的理论发展、职业成熟度的影响因素三个方面对国内外职业成熟度的研究分别进行阐述和分析,以期对我国大学生的职业成熟度研究有所帮助和启示,加大职业指导的力度,建立适合我国国情的职业指导体系,帮助大学生认识自我,探索职业发展之路。

本文通过对《红楼梦》与《镜花缘》中所反映的妇女问题进行比较分析,认为《镜花缘》不仅提出了妇女问题,而且也提出了解决妇女问题的方法。《镜花缘》发挥奇特的想象,通过描绘一个女权社会的女儿国以及女子教育高度发达的黑齿国,大胆地提出妇女问题,并试图寻求妇女解放的出路,朦胧地反映了低层社会的民主主义思想,成为了近代妇女改良运动的先声。可以说,《镜花缘》在妇女问题上比《红楼梦》前进了一大步,达到了一个新的思想高度。

运用文献资料、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对高中体育与健康课男生1 000米、女生800米数量累计评分法进行了实证研究,结果表明：数量累计评价法应成为高中男生1 000米、女生800米学生学习评价内容;数量累计评价法和标准能有效地激发高中生学习体育的兴趣,特别是低水平学生的学习兴趣。

Teaching Graduate Career Classes: A National Survey of Career Instructors

Ninety‐one instructors reported their attitudes toward teaching a master's‐level career development course. The participants represented counseling programs in 41 states. The areas of focus included the theories taught, activities and assignments used, course evaluation processes, and advice the participants would offer to other instructors. Implications for counselor education and directions for future research are also discussed.

The Potential to Develop a Career in Science: Young Women's Issues and Their Implications for Careers Guidance Initiatives

An exploratory study of career decision-making was conducted with young women in science, engineering, and technology programs in colleges, universities, and technical institutes. The participants described issues impacting on their continuation in their programs such as educational policies, levels of financial support, and the degree of gender equity expected and encountered. Difficulties with financial resources, institutional policies, and combining studying and working roles were recurrent themes. Family members and other role models and educational and work experiences were important influences in career decision-making. Recommendations for counselling to enhance the undergraduate experience and directions for future research are outlined.
