通过二水醋酸锌与吡啶200℃溶剂热反应24h制备出ZnO空心微球。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所制备样品进行了表征。ZnO空心微球形成机理主要遵循Ostwald老化机理。在室温下研究了ZnO空心微球的光催化性能。实验结果表明ZnO空心微球是光降解酸性大红的有效催化剂,其催化过程为准一级反应。  相似文献

以Na2WO4和C16H33(CH3)3NBr为原料,通过液相沉淀法制备了WO3纳米粉体,用钛酸胶体溶液浸滞法制备了TiO2掺杂的WO3纳米粉体,再用Gd(NO3)3溶液浸滞TiO2掺杂的WO3纳米粉体法制备了稀土Gd和TiO2共掺杂的WO3纳米粉体,并采用透射电子显微镜、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱和X-射线衍射对其结构进行了表征.实验结果表明,稀土Gd和TiO2共掺杂拓展了WO3的光响应范围,提高了对可溶性染料罗丹明B(RB)的吸附作用,使WO3对RB的光催化降解活性和光稳定性得到了显著提高.  相似文献

该文主要采用简单的溶剂热和水热法通过控制不同条件如硫源和表面活性剂合成了多种形貌的硫化镍纳米材料,在使用L-胱氨酸,硫代乙酰胺作为硫源以及PEG2000作为表面活性剂时,分别获得了规整的硫化镍实心球,海胆状硫化镍空心微球以及由纳米粒子组成的空心球,分别测定了三者的电化学性能,结果表明海胆状硫化镍空心微球的循环性能较好,循环30次以后放电容量保持在200 mAhg-1左右.  相似文献

以硝酸铋[Bi(NO3)3·5H2O]和钨酸钠(Na2WO4·2H2O)为原料,采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)辅助水热法成功合成了B2WO6晶体,并用XRD、SEM、IR、Raman、UV—vis分光光度计对样品进行了表征。测试结果表明,样品呈圆饼状形貌,属于正交晶系B2WO6晶体,平均晶粒尺寸约89.5nm。样品可见光降解罗丹明溶液(1×10^-5moL/L)表现为准一级反应,其反应速率常数为0.03111min^-1,光照60min时的光降解率可达91.6%。  相似文献

目的:镍-二氧化钛核壳复合微球的制备及其光电性能研究.方法:采用水合肼还原乙酸镍制备了镍微球,通过对不同反应介质、反应时间、pH值以及表面活性剂的考察,以获得制备镍微球的最佳条件;再以镍微球为核心材料,制备了Ni-TiO2核壳复合材料.对其光吸收和光催化性能进行评价紫外可见光下.结果:在使用1,2-丙二醇为溶剂,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为表面活性剂,反应时间2h的条件下制备得到了分散性较好的镍微球.以镍微球为核心材料,在1,2-丙二醇中通过水解钛酸丁酯,T iO2成功负载于镍球表面,复合材料在紫外光和可见光下光催化降解率分别为78.6% 和79.5%,其吸收波长范围可达550 nm左右,其复合微球的禁带宽度为2.23 eV.结论:复合微球具有比单一T iO2更广的光吸收范围,Ni-TiO2核壳复合材料在紫外光和可见光下都表现出更好的光催化性能.  相似文献

用共沉淀法制备了不同pH值下的系列可见光催化剂Bi2W06,用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射光谱、傅里叶红外变换(FT-IR)光谱技术等手段对催化剂进行了表征.结果显示,随着pH值增大,催化剂晶粒尺寸减小,羟基含量增大.通过对气相苯的降解实验发现,pH =7的Bi2WO6可见光活性最好.  相似文献

首先利用水热合成法合成了棒状钨酸铋、花片状钨酸铋、花球状钨酸铋,我们以罗丹明B溶液为降解液,通过测其紫外吸收光谱图,发现花球状钨酸铋的光催化活性最强。然后依次合成了氧化石墨烯/花球状钨酸铋、石墨烯/花球状钨酸铋、多壁纳米碳管/花球状钨酸铋三种复合光催化剂。同样以罗丹明B溶液为降解液,通过测其紫外吸收光谱图,发现花球状钨酸铋/石墨烯(rGO)复合光催化剂对罗丹明B溶液的降解效果最好。同时我们还通过实验探讨出了花球状钨酸铋(Bi2WO6)与石墨烯复合的最佳质量比为100:1;最佳煅烧温度为300℃,混合溶液的最佳pH为6,最佳煅烧时间2h。最后,当我们在花球状钨酸铋/石墨烯复合光催化剂中添加了助催化剂Pt之后,发现其光催化活性明显增强了,同时找到了石墨烯/花球状钨酸铋合光催化剂中添加氯铂酸的最佳体积为6毫升。最后,我们利用红外光谱仪(IR)、X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和电子扫描电镜(SEM)分别对其进行表征。  相似文献
