研究生教育中专业隐性知识传递存在的问题及对策

专业隐性知识对研究生创新能力的提高至关重要,目前研究生专业隐性知识明显不足,尚未得到足够重视,缺少教师专业隐性知识传递的激励机制,缺少专业隐性知识交流的平台和校园文化氛围。本文从专业隐性知识的转化过程出发,对促进师生之间、教师与教师之间、学生与学生之间及整个校园文化环境之间专业隐性知识的传递与交流提出具体对策,以促进研究生的创新素质与能力的提高。

后现代知识观视野下的课堂教学

19世纪末开始,哲学界对以理性为主导的现代知识观进行了激烈的批判,逐渐凸现出一种后现代知识观。后现代知识观强调知识的开放性、相对性、动态生成性及个人主观经验的重要陛。作为人文学科的教育也从中受到启示,对教学进行了反思。在教学目的、教学过程、教学内容、教学评价等方而提供了一个全新的视角。     

Female education and the cultural transfer of pedagogical knowledge in the eighteenth century

In the eighteenth century, the German pedagogical discourse took place within the broader framework of an international circulation of pedagogical concepts and ideas. The trans-cultural nature of these intellectual exchanges is particularly evident in the thoughts and writings on female education. Translations of books and essays played a significant role in this transfer of pedagogical knowledge. The article focuses on the manner in which educational thought circulated across borders by studying one case in detail. The examination of John Burton’s Lectures on Female Education and Manners (1793), which was published in German in several editions, will place particular emphasis on the manner in which educational ideas emerging from a specific cultural context are adopted into a different discursive system. The research methodology is based on the concept of “cultural transfer”, an approach that has proven fruitful in transfer and comparative studies in recent years. It refers to key aspects of transfer theory, especially the consideration that ideas do not spread autonomously, but must be carried by intermediaries. Thus, the mechanisms of importing foreign cultural assets and the context of its reception will be at the core of this work.     

课堂重构:从“知识课堂”到“生命课堂”

从课堂的模式来看,传统的课堂模式是一种“知识课堂”,它是知识为本或知识至上的课堂;新课程倡导的课堂模式是一种“生命课堂”,它是以人的发展为本的课堂。新课程的实施最终要在课堂教学中落实,因此,对于广大中小学教师而言,认识和分析两种课堂的特点,完成从“知识课堂”向“生命课堂”的转变,无疑有着十分重要的现实意义。     

论教育研究的中国经验与中国知识

中国教育研究的本土论的问题,归根到底是教育研究的知识论和方法论的问题。教育研究中的“中国研究”,即强调中国人、中国社会、中国文化及中国教育自主性的教育研究,“中国人及其文化传统”成为中国教育经验与教育知识的可能性的基本前提,也是其存在的根基所在。中国经验与中国知识的存在形态,主要包括文本性存在、生命性存在和过程性存在。提出“教育研究的中国经验与中国知识”的命题,其宗旨和意义,一是追寻以“中国人”为基点的教育研究;二是为人类教育学界作出中国人的贡献。当代中国教育知识界对人类教育学界的贡献,体现在基础理论、基本实践以及理论与实践的双向转化、双向构成等方面。     

Learning relations of knowledge transfer (KT) and knowledge integration (KI) of doctoral students during online interdisciplinary training: an exploratory study

ABSTRACT

Interdisciplinary training for doctoral students is an emerging scenario in higher education. The learning relations of knowledge transfer (KT: transferring knowledge from one person to another) and knowledge integration (KI: integrating or synthesizing perspectives from different disciplines) built by doctoral students play an important role in the process of interdisciplinary training. This study explores how doctoral students from a wide range of disciplines build learning relations of KT and KI during online interdisciplinary training. A mixed-methods approach was applied. First, longitudinal social network analysis (SNA) was employed to investigate the patterns of KT and KI relations over a seven-month training period. Subsequently, interviews were conducted to triangulate the SNA findings. SNA results show that the establishment of KI relations is significantly less than that of KT. Qualitative results show three themes explaining the challenges of KI relations, including challenges of online settings, the design of the training modules, and student involvement. Practical implications are drawn for the improvement of online interdisciplinary training, such as suggestions to promote KI and strategies for group learning.     

Educational innovation and the knowledge society: development and issues of the clusters of excellence initiative in Malaysia

As nations worldwide strive to compete in a globally interconnected knowledge society the importance of innovative forms of education is being increasingly recognized. In doing so, many education systems look to comparative and international experience for guidance and inspiration. Malaysia aims to become a regional hub for high quality education and economic creativity by 2020, and educational reform is seen as a central component in this strategy. This article examines the key factors, at home and abroad, that have influenced changes in the Malaysian education policy context. It then documents the origins, nature and development of one contemporary educational innovation – the Malaysian Clusters of Excellence Policy. Conclusions reflect upon the place and potential of this key initiative in supporting broader development goals designed to transform the nation into a leading knowledge society within the Southeast Asia region.     

A funds of knowledge approach to the appropriation of new media in a high school writing classroom

Youths’ learner-generated designs, instantiated in digital practices, spaces and artifacts, are underutilized in schools. Additionally, digital media tools are often taken up in reductive ways that serve to perpetuate deficit discourses for youth from nondominant communities, rather than reflect the creativity and innovation that youth practice within digital domains. To address these issues, this article shares a funds of knowledge approach to the use of new media in classrooms. Coupled with an emphasis on new literacies and multiliteracies, this approach was instantiated in partnership with Ms Smith and her high school writing classroom. The partnership engaged new media in order to appropriate and develop learner-generated designs in classroom spaces.
