基于专利分析视角,建立2000-2020年全国卫星应用专利数据池,围绕专利态势、技术领域、创新主体三大维度,对比分析广东省、北京市、江苏省、上海市等地卫星应用产业专利情况,以判断广东省在卫星应用产业的总体发展态势、技术布局热点及薄弱环节、创新主体构成及协同创新情况,为产业政策、企业发展战略制定提供决策参考。结果表明卫星应用正处于快速发展期,广东省位居全国第二,在电通信技术、基本电气元件等领域具有优势,创新主体支柱是企业,但整体创新协作较弱,建议强链补链推动集群发展,持续激发市场主体活力,大力集聚人才、技术、平台等创新资源。

本文根据多年训练、比赛实践,介绍了1-1-2-1区域紧逼防守的战术的指导思想和训练方法。这种区域紧逼防守结合了其它多种区域紧逼防守的优点,而形成了多变、不宜被识破的特点,从而更具攻击性,促使运动员提高攻防能力和应变能力。     

Interaction of - α 3.7, ? Thalassemia Mutation IVS 1-5 and HbD Punjab in a Family: A Case Report

Hemoglobin D exist in four form; HbD trait, HbD-thalassemia, HbD sickle cell and HbD homozygous. HbD trait and HbD homozygous generally asymptomatic condition but when HbD co-inherit with thalassemia and sickle cell anemia, produces clinically significant conditions like chronic hemolytic anemia. Here we present a case of HbD Punjab with α 3.7 kb deletion and IVS-1-5 β-thalassemia across a family. Diagnosis of HbD patient was performed by high performance liquid chromatography and complete blood count was measured by automated cell analyzer. Molecular study for common alpha deletions done by Gap-PCR while beta thalassemia mutation identified by ARMS-PCR. Case was clinically significant due to the inheritance of HbD/β⁺thalassemia genotype. Thus observed case behaved like thalassemia intermedia due to co-existence of α 3.7 deletions with IVS 1-5 β-thalassemia mutation in HbD Punjab patient.

参照DPE制备的方法,在这里以溴代萘为原料制备格氏试剂1-苯基-1-萘基-1-乙醇,再将1-苯基-1-萘基-1-乙醇进行脱水反应生成1-苯基-1-萘基乙烯（NPE）。利用核磁、红外等手段鉴定其结构。     

Characterization of a hemoglobin variant: HbQ-India / IVS 1-1 [G>T]-β-thalassemia

Hemoglobin Q- India (alpha) 64 Asp → His is an alpha chain variant which is generally found in heterozygous state and presents normal hematological blood picture. Here we report a rare case of HbQ-India with a thalassemic phenotype that has been analyzed using a combination of mass spectrometry, gene sequencing and PCR analysis. This combined analyses revealed the HbQ variant to be associated with a beta chain mutation, IVS 1-1 [G>T]. Though HbQ has earlier been reported with thalassemic trait using different techniques, this is the first report of a compound α and β chain Hb heterozygous mutant involving HbQ and IVS1-1 being validated using Mass Spectrometry and Reverse dot blot hybridization.

本实验对1-叔丁氧基乙氧羰基-（3S）〔-〔（1S）-乙氧羰基-3-苯基-丙基〕氨基〕-2,3,4,5-四氢-1H-1-苯并氮杂-2-酮的合成工艺进行研究。本实验对原料的投料配比以及反应时间对合成工艺的影响进行研究。检测方法：采用依利特sinochro ODS-BP色谱柱（5um 4.6＊250mm）,甲醇-0.03%磷酸氢二钠-0.05磷酸二氢钾（70：15：15）,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱为30℃。
