研究了京东板栗在不同干燥条件下的失水规律。结果表明:板栗烘干、真空干燥、微波干燥的失水特性主要表现为降速干燥过程,干燥过程属于内部扩散控制。烘干和微波干燥动力学模型为Page方程;真空干燥为单项扩散模型。不同切片厚度具有相同的变化趋势,但对干燥速率的大小影响程度却存在差异。  相似文献

目的:本研究旨在根据种子初始含水量确定水稻种子的最佳干燥温度,并阐明干燥温度和种子初始水分影响水稻种子干燥后种子活力的机制。创新点:根据不同初始水分的水稻种子,设置了不同梯度的干燥温度,系统地研究了干燥温度和种子初始水分对种子机械干燥过程与种子活力的影响,并得到了不同初始水分的适宜干燥温度。方法:在不同天气,分别收获初始含水量为20%、25%与30%的水稻种子样品,并分别设置4个温度梯度的干燥温度。采用三九远红外线干燥机(NP-120e)干燥水稻种子,对干燥后的水稻种子进行标准发芽试验,并测定相关生理生化指标,并进行相关性分析。结论:初始含水量为20%、25%与30%的水稻种子的适宜干燥温度分别为45、42与38°C。较高的干燥温度显著降低了水稻种子的活力。种子干燥过程与萌发初期水稻种子内部活性氧、抗氧化酶、赤霉素、脱落酸和α-淀粉酶的代谢可能与干燥温度调控水稻种子活力的机制密切相关。  相似文献

探讨不同干燥方式对萌芽苦荞功能成分和抗氧化活性的影响,以期为苦荞的综合利用提供理论依据。以萌芽苦荞为原料,研究晒干、阴干、热风干燥、冷冻干燥、真空干燥5种干燥方式对其功能成分(黄酮、总酚、γ-氨基丁酸)和抗氧化活性(对DPPH·、ABTS+·和·OH清除率)的影响。结果表明,5种干燥方式对萌芽苦荞的功能成分有不同程度的影响,冷冻干燥处理后,萌芽苦荞中的黄酮、总酚、γ-氨基丁酸含量最高,分别为49.66 mg/g、16.82 mg/g和64.14 mg/g,显著高于其他干燥方式,100℃热风干燥含量次之,60℃热风干燥含量最低。冷冻干燥处理的萌芽苦荞对DPPH·、ABTS+·和·OH的清除能力最高,分别为75.40%、98.25%和65.62%,100℃热风干燥次之,晒干处理最低。因此,冷冻干燥和100℃热风干燥较好地保留了萌芽苦荞中的功能成分且抗氧化活性较强,与冷冻干燥相比,100℃热风干燥具有时间短和成本低的优势,是实际生产中保留较多黄酮、总酚和γ-氨基丁酸的优先选择方式。  相似文献

生物材料干燥过程中会发生收缩现象.本对新鲜豌豆的收缩特性和复水特性进行了研究.比较了种皮对干燥曲线、收缩曲线、复水曲线和体积收缩系数的影响.研究表明,种皮不仅阻碍湿分由内向外运动也阻碍湿分由外向内运动.种子干燥过程中,干燥曲线与收缩曲线形状相似.热流密度越大,干燥速度越快,种子收缩也越快,同时种子也越容易破裂.在制作干燥方案时,考虑干燥速度的同时必须考虑种子的质量.  相似文献

叶丝气流干燥技术在我国烟草加工行业已得到较为广泛的运用,在叶丝干燥过程中,介质的温湿度对干燥后叶丝的感官质量有着明显的影响。在SH93叶丝高速膨胀机对叶丝进行的干燥过程中,调整松散蒸汽施加量,可以对介质的温湿度进行调节。在物料含水率、温度不变的条件下,通过改变松散蒸汽施加量,对不同部位、不同配方档次的云南烟叶叶丝干燥后感官质量的变化规律进行分析研究。结果表明,松散蒸汽施加量对云南烟叶叶丝感官质量具有较大的影响,选择合适的松散蒸汽施加量,有利于改善卷烟产品的感官质量。  相似文献

为促进黄粉虫资源的开发、降低其干燥和储运成本,并提高产品品质。在不同风温、风速和漂烫时间条件下,以活体黄粉虫为研究对象,实验研究了采用全封闭式热泵干燥器对其干燥时,黄粉虫有效水分扩散系数的变化和所需活化能值,并对干燥后黄粉虫品质进行了评定,包括:外观、收缩率、复水率。结果表明:随着干燥温度、风速和漂烫时间增加,黄粉虫有效水分扩散系数越大,且其受干燥温度影响最大;所需干燥活化能(Ea)为24.75 kJ/mol与干燥前相比,经热泵干燥后黄粉虫保持了较好的形状和色泽,其复水率为57.5%、收缩率为29.18%。本研究可有效促进黄粉虫产品发展,并为相关产品的开发提供参考价值。  相似文献

使用LHGZ-2型热风流化干燥床对玉米干燥工艺进行研究,实验使用玉米作为实验原料,称取一定量干玉米,浸泡六小时称取湿重,并用封口袋密封样品,改变五个热风温度,分别是60℃、65℃、70℃、75℃、80℃,绘制在不同温度条件下的干燥速率随时间的变化曲线.研究玉米热风干燥较合理的干燥温度.得出的数据为80℃的热风干燥条件下的干燥速率在五个温度条件下最高的.但在60℃、65℃、70℃、75℃的干燥条件下这四条曲线的干燥速率在15min时非常的接近,并且65℃的干燥速率在10min时最先达到稳定.因此保证玉米干燥质量的前提下,同时降低能耗节约干燥成本,得到65℃干燥条件是较合适的干燥温度.  相似文献
