Influence of Electrolyte on ESR of Medium Voltage Wet Tantalum Capacitors

In this paper, the influence of working electrolyte on high-frequency electrical performance of wet tantalum capacitors is studied. Emphasis is especially put on the study of the contribution of depolariser in reducing Equivalent Series Resistance(ESR). According to the theory of depolarization in electrochemistry and the theory of cathode capacitance of electrolytic capacitor, different kinds of depolarisers are added separately into the foregone electrolyte. Then capacitors are assembled with tantalum cores dipped with the compounded electrolytes. The best depolariser and its concentration in the whole electrolyte could be selected according to the test results of the capacitance and ESR of the capacitors. The results of our experiment show that depolariser Fe2 (SO4)3 used in working electrolyte of 100 V/IO0 μF wet tantalum capacitors can help to obtain lower ESR and higher capacitance at frequency from 0.1 kHz to 100 kHz.

A Comparative Study on NP-trace between English and Chinese

Many scholars have contributed to the research of Empty Categories since 1980s; however, most of them just concentrated on PRO, pro and variable, with little attention paid to NP-trace. Under the theoretical framework of GB theory, this paper will make a comparative study on NP-trace between English and Chinese from the aspect of Binding theory, the restrictions on NP-movement, and the motivation for NP-movement, in order to find out whether the NP-trace in Chinese is the same as or different from that in English, the result of which may indicate some syntactic features of the two languages.

This thesis aims at exploring meanings of different addresses and their correct and suitable translations in both Chinese and English. After the introduction to the definition and meaning of addresses, the whole thesis probes into this problem from two aspects: the reasons which lead to the differences in addresses among relatives in both Chinese and English, and the ways how to translate addresses properly according to the situations. Few researches have combined the Markedness Theory with literature theories and even no research has been done to study the Feminism Theory from the perspective of the Markedness Theory. This paper discusses markedness theory with regard to two basic issues: Why it is ok to say"历史"in Chinese, but the equivalent in English is"history", not"*herstory". Conceptualising an Educational Research:An Understanding from a Philosophical View

In the paper’ Development and social competence after two years for students enrolled in inclusive and self-contained educational programs’, forty students in two groups are assessed across two years of inclusive and self-contained educational programming respectively in order to compare the outcomes on measures of child development and social competence. In this paper, the educational research mentioned above will be conceptualised from three aspects. Firstly, the foundations of the research will be identified from an epistemological and ontological perspective. Secondly, a critical appraisal will be given regarding the relationships between research,theory and practice in the paper. Infrared Absorption Spectra of Serpentine Cat＇s Eye from Sichuan Province of China

Infrared （IR） absorption spectra and X-ray powder diffraction （XRD） patterrns of sexpenfine cat＇s eye from Sichuan Province have been investigated, and infrared absorption bands of the serpentine have been assigned in this paper. The results indicate that the bands near 3 600 - 3 700 cm^-1 belong to the stretching absorption band VOH, the bands in 948 - 1 100 cm^-1 axe assigned to the stretching vibraling band Usvo, and the bands at 600 570 and 440 cm^-1 respectively belong to the bending vibration band VOH, δMg-O and δSi-O. The serpentine cat＇ s eye includes two types： chrysotile and antigorite. Chrysotile has a sharp and intensive band at 3 688 cm^-1 and a weak band at 3 643 cm^-1 , while antigorite has only one intensive band in the region. At vibration band VSi-O, chrysotile and antigorite have a similar feature at 1 071 cm^-1, but the band at 980 cm^-1 in anfigorite has been split into two bands in chrysotile - a strong one at 1 027 cm^-1 and a weak one at 949 cm^-1. In addition, antigorite has a characteristic bending vibrating band δMg-O at 570 cm^-1. Based on the analysis of the feature of crystal structure, their IR differences axe well explained.

Examining Samoan language development in Samoan bilingual students＇ understanding of texts in English

This paper examines language development of Samoan students in bilingual contexts in Aotearoa, New Zealand. In the absence of valid and standardized assessments tools in Samoan, one was designed to test reading comprehension and oral language development for Samoan students using common narratives as a base. For reading comprehension, the tool used a listening comprehension format to avoid possible decoding limitations and provided a gradient of difficulty with a surprising drop in both oral and reading comprehension at year 7. This drop was attributed to a change in competencies of some students entering the bilingual classroom at year 7. For example, the mixed levels of both L 1 （Samoan） oral and L1 （Samoan） reading comprehension within and across years of schooling likely reflects the varied provision in the Samoan bilingual classes and the variations across cohorts in different degrees of bilingualism. We argue that this might be due to the make up of the two schools of which one was an Intermediate school of years 7 and 8 students and, the other was a full primary school with students from years 4 to 8. The patterns suggest two general instructional needs in Samoan bilingual classrooms. One is the need to develop metacognitive components and the need for deliberate and explicit instruction to build awareness of strategies and effectiveness. The other is the ubiquitous need identified in reading comprehension instruction generally to develop vocabulary both through oral and written forms. There was a highly significant relationship between L 1 oral at L1 reading comprehension levels reflecting a general relationship found in other studies of monolingual in L2 （English） contexts.

This paper employed a famous theory of management, that is, the"broken window theory"in the research and finally concluded that the application of"broken window theory"in the daily management of colleges can immediately and effectively prevent some of students’bad behaviors and habits from being spread.     

Prediction of Buckling of Plain Knitted Fabric Sheets Subjected to Simple Shear in Wale Direction

Knitted fabric is very different from woven fabric due to its more complicated knitting structures. The buckling of knitted fabric sheets subjected to simple shear in the wale direction is investigated analytically in consideration of the large deformation of fabric sheet in critical configuration. The theory on instability of finite deformation is applied to the analysis. All the stress boundary conditions of knitted fabric sheet are satisfied. An equation to determine the buckling direction angle is derived. It is shown that there are two possible buckling modes, flexural mode and barreling mode. The buckling condition equations for the flexural mode and barreling mode are also obtained respectively. Numerical illustrations reveal that only the flexural mode can actually occur and the barreling mode cannot, which agrees with the experimental observations. For a permitted buckling mode on margin boundaries, the critical value of shear amount and the buckling direction angle can be determined.
