情绪工作研究现状与展望

在服务型经济时代如何对情绪和情绪工作进行良好的管理,最终实现个体和组织的共同和谐发展已得到社会和企业界的高度关注。本文对情绪工作的概念、特征、策略、结构维度、前因变量、后果变量和机制做以简要介绍,并通过分析已有研究的不足,对今后的研究进行了展望。     

课程设计研究20年:回顾与前瞻

课程设计是将课程基本理念转化为课程实践活动的"桥梁",它包含了理论研究、应用研究和技术研究的成分.课程设计水平不仅能够反映课程理论研究的成果,更是制约教育、教学质量的一个重要因素.解放前,我国的课程设计研究就有了一定的发展,但因建国后我们全面地照搬原苏联的教育理论,致使课程理论研究受到冷落,课程设计研究一度中断.     

Perspectives on the Contribution of Social Science to Adapted Physical Activity: Looking Forward,Looking Back

ABSTRACT

In this article, we reflect on the contributions of the social sciences to the field of adapted physical activity by examining the theories and methods that have been adopted from the social science disciplines. To broaden our perspective on adapted physical activity and provide new avenues for theoretical and empirical exploration, we discuss and evaluate broad ideas/tensions arising from the social science literature—the individual versus social/ecological, and social science of adapted physical activity versus social science in adapted physical activity. We intentionally focus discussion on the application of specific lines of inquiry in the social sciences that have not yet emerged (or have done so only in limited applications) in the field of adapted physical activity. Such untapped areas of scholarship in the social sciences can lead to broader understanding, innovations, and new lines of inquiry when applied to an adapted physical activity context.     

新中国养老保险制度的回顾与展望

我国养老保险制度经过50多年的探索与改革已正式确立了以“统账结合”为标志的混合型养老保险体制。城镇企业职工的养老保险制度正在改革和完善中,基本上建立了“社会统筹”与“个人账户”相结合的模式。农村正在积极探索“个人账户”、“储备积累”的养老保险模式。随着人口老龄化、农村城镇化发展趋势,养老保险将面临许多重要问题急待进一步探索和研究。     

Termination Is a Time to Look Back and Move Forward: Farewell From the Editor

We support role changes for educational and psychological consultants who work with children and youth with disabilities as they make important transitions. Principles derived from critical pedagogy and disability studies could provide the theoretical framework for the proposed shift in roles that change the basis on which consulting services are provided. Rather than needs-based services that focus on helping individuals with disabilities cope with deficits, this article supports an empowering person-centered, strength-based orientation tied to perceptions of the individual as competent and complex. We offer recommendations for transition consultants, researchers, and practitioners that could result in more widespread implementation of the principles of critical pedagogy and disability studies.     

University Counseling Centers at the Twenty‐First Century: Looking Forward,Looking Back

The author examines the historical foundations of the university counseling movement, including the origins of professional affiliation, training, and education. The article also reviews existing literature that attempts to determine changes the university counseling profession must address to remain viable on the dynamic, pluralistic, 21st‐century campus.     

Revisiting Grutter and Gratz in the Wake of Fisher: Looking Back to Move Forward

This article revisits the University of Michigan's 2003 affirmative action cases, Grutter v. Bollinger and Gratz v. Bollinger. Through the aid of critical textual analysis and critical race theory, the author looks back at the predominant narratives that framed the challenge to, and defense of, race-conscious affirmative action policy in the University of Michigan cases. In the wake of Fisher v. University of Texas Austin, the third affirmative action case to be heard before the United States Supreme Court within the last decade, the author suggests that revisiting Grutter and Gratz may be helpful to understand the evolution of arguments for and against affirmative action.

从研究情况来看,近年来关于傣族教育的研究得到了快速的发展,取得了丰硕的研究成果,但也存在一定的缺憾和不足。对傣族教育研究取得的进展和重要成果进行了综合整理和分析,并展望了未来研究的方向。
