在以区域经济集团化为标志的多极化的世界经济新格局中,东亚地区作为世界经济中心之一,区域经济集团化发展得最为缓慢。本文总结了世界经济格局的新特点。概述了世界区域经济集团化的发展现状,分析了东亚地区区域经济一体化发展现状,以及发展缓慢的原因,认为该区将以大区域的松散经济联合和次区域的经济集团化为经济一体化的主要发展方式。

经济区域集团化在全世界发展非常迅速,并具有扩展性、不平衡性和建立自由贸易区的趋势。中国应该在组建新的经济区域集团中失常重要角色,积极实行经济区域集团化和对外开放并行发展战略,积极实行经济区域集团化和全球化并重发展战略。     

烟台市与环渤海经济圈协同发展的战略取向
