一、英语四、六级考试对英语教学的正效作用国家教委1985年颁布的《大学英语教学大纲》统一了大学英语教学思想和对教学目标的认识。根据《大纲》的指导原则组织进行的全国大学英语四、六级考试在完善和改革之后对英语教学起了极大的推动作用，具体表现在以下几个方面。     

新大学英语四、六级考试与大学英语教学改革——以南京人口管理干部学院为例

根据《大学英语课程教学要求》,英语教学的目标是培养学生的英语综合应用能力,而新大学英语四、六级的考试的目的就是为了测试学生的综合应用能力。为适应新的考试要求,实现大学英语教学目标,应深化大学英语教学改革,尝试进行大学英语分级教学。
